Alright guys I've worked it out. Ive decided to update Once every month. Now I may not meet the deadline every month but I promise to try my best to complete it. Rest assured that if I don't update that month I'll update TWO chapters the next month. So the date for every update will be on the 14th or 15th of every month.

So I-I'll try m-my best.

Lucy POV

I walked into building a little early Today. It kinda made me think. How am I so early?

And then it hit me. I WAS MEANT TO GET MY BOSS HIS DAILY COFFEE!! Running out of the building and down the street to the nearest cafè.

I got the coffee and quickly and carefully I walked back to the building. Stepping into the elevator I go down to the basement to collect the daily faxed and printed files and papers. Grabbing the papers I walk back to the elevator holding the coffee and papers.

Walking out of the elevator I cross paths with Juvia.

Good Morning Juvia. How are you today? I ask politely.

Ugh.. You're STILL here? Why don't you just drop the sweet and innocent act Lucy. Gray will never like you he is just using you. So why don't you Just get that through your thick head and Back OFF! Oh and don't think I don't know about that little date with him and those brats.

Ouch that hurt. Tears are starting to form. No I will not cry in front of Juvia. Moving away from Juvia into Gray's office my tears starts to flow blurring my view of the office. The next thing I see it someone in front of me. Before I realize they are in front of me I've already bumped into them. Spilling the coffee and papers flying out of my hands.

LUCY!!! Gray's voice booms throughout the office.

Im frozen on the spot I try to utter something out but nothing is coming out.

I-Im so sorry. I some how mumble out. Still frozen on the spot in front of my coffee stained boss. Who looks rather pissed off. Glaring at his wet vest.

The tears are still flowing from before and my boss is standing right in front of me towering over me. But his eyes soften and he moves a step back and starts to take off his vest reveling a white under shirt and a blood red tie. Which seemed to be untouched by the hot liquid.

He starts to roll up his sleeves just above his elbow. Showing off his biceps. Then his eyes wonder to me. And he stares at me for a second.

Don't worry about it Lucy it was getting hot with the vest on anyway. And Why are you crying? Come to think about it,  you were crying as you came in. Did Juvia say anything to you? He says the last part through gritted teeth.

My eyes widen and my bottom lip quivers. I swallow and close my mouth and eyes holding it inside. Not wanting to see how weak I am.

No nothing happened.

Gray then takes a step forward and reaches out to Lucy. Grabbing both of her upper arms he stares into her eyes trying to figure what is wrong.

You're lying and I know you are.  He says softly.

No-Nothing happened. I-I need to go do some more w-work. E-excuse me. I stumbled out.

His grip tightens indicating for me to speak.

Tell me. He says

Now Lucy.

Tears start to form in my eyes again and I look up to see him looking into my eyes deeply.  His expression shows worried and caring look with a hint of seriousness.

It was Juvia. She said that I was just acting for your affection.  And that I should get out of her way and back off. I say quietly and softly.  Gray smiles softly and gently pulls me into a warm and much needed hug.

Don't worry about what she says. She doesn't matter. If it makes you feel better she's been after me since I first met her and she still hasn't been successful. And she never will.

I smile and hug him tighter. The tears still pricking my eyes.

Don't worry Lucy you can let it all out. I don't mind.

And I did exactly that. I let all my tears flow out. Juvia did hurt me, but gray just seems to push the pain away...

But is this wrong? To have a relationship with my boss. And what kind of relationship is it? Is he just using me?

I try not to over think it and let the thoughts go for another time.

Ive finished my little sob. And take a step away from gray. I give him a reassuring smile. But his eyes almost look pained. I wonder why?

I get out of my thoughts to the sudden movement made by Gray. His has leaned down to my eye level and is leaning in. Once his lips brush over mine for what seems like a minutes as gray and me were kissing unaware of the world around us.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!? Someone screams.

My head hastily jerks back to look at the Angry looking Juvia. While gray on the other hand looks at Juvia with a murderous glare.

Gray-sama what are you doing with this wench! She is no more than some money loving prostitute! She sells her BODY to men!! And it looks like you got you too.

The tears are back and I'm sure that they were falling down quickly I turn my back to Juvia and tilt my head to look up at Gray. Begging him to not believe her.

Gray just leans down to Lucy and gives her a kiss on the fore head.  The pulls her behind him.

After that he states to Juvia.

Oh Juvia, you're fired. Please pack up wnd leave the building.  Bye.

And with that he turns his back on her and faces me to which he puts arm around my waist in a protective way.
