Chapter 14~ Are you really rising to the occasion there, Dustin?

"We're going shopping, not bungee jumping." Addy rolls her eyes at me, tugging at my wrist as she drags me along the crowded street to find the others.
"Ian texted me, they're all supposedly at Costa."
"Doesn't surprise me," she mumbles as her eyes scour the various array of shops bundled in the cramped street before us. "I see it!" She still hasn't released my wrist as she drags me across after checking for cars so I glare at her hand, wondering if I could mutate like the X-Men and have laser vision.
We reach Costa and when Addy releases my wrist I rub at it dramatically mumbling "Ah, my bonds have been broken. The crimes I committed are now broken waves on the shore of freedom!" Addy turns around to admonish me with a look as I grin cheekily at her.
"I didn't handcuff you, Jesus..."
"Oi, cheeky." I grin as she whacks my arm and we continue into the store. I catch Ian's eye and he stands in the back, waving frantically at us.
"I already saw you," I say, my eyes briefly flicking towards Damian and Dustin before they plant back on an adorable Ian. "there's no need to cause a commotion in Costa."
"Costa commotions," He grins "I like it."
Addy seats herself next to Dustin and grins at him as he leans in for a sweeping kiss. I turn my eyes away and settle next to Ian, across from Damian.
"What are we up to today then?"
"Well, me and Ian want to go Cinema, because why the hell not?" Damian eyes Addy with slightly narrowed eyes, "But little miss shopaholic here wants to roam around and waste money on clothes and whatnot."
"Not waste," Addy tuts, pulling off her gloves and settling them alongside the menu.
"Uh, it's such a waste you may as well consider it a metaphorical drunk." Ian says, picking up a mug and drinking his coffee.
"The weather's crap, I vote Cinema because then we wont have to traipse around in this drizzle." I pipe up, eyeing Damian when he gives me a smile of approval.
"Three against one!" Ian cries. "Bow to your superiors peasant!"
At this, Addy roles her eyes. Then we all receive a sly look as she places her hand on Dustin's upper thigh and leans towards him, whispering "What do you think we should do?"
"As if Dustin's the winning vote, it'd still be three-two." I scoff at the same time as Damian cringes,
"Dude."
"You can't use seduction, that's my forte!" Ian cries and Addy turns to each one of us, giving us a steely gaze as we all fix our looks on a pink-tinted Dustin.
I make an amused sound at the back of my throat, choking back the laugh. "Are you really rising to the occasion there, Dustin?"
Ian cackles and Damian spits back out the sip of coffee he just took.
"Oh my God," Ian wheezes, clutching his t-shirt over his stomach. "I'm so using that!"
"Of course 'Mr Seduction is my forte', would use that. Christ." Damian laughs, a deep belly laugh that's genuine and husky.
"Yeah, since when has it been your forte?" Addy pulls her hand away from Dustin's ashamed blush to point an accusing finger at him.
"Since I hit puberty, obviously"
