Soooo, I was training Guinevere by fighting Audino in the rustling grass. As per usual, I got attacked before I got to the grass and I encountered a Timburr. It used Bide and I got two Headbutts in before it reached red. Now, the next Pokemon I sent in was likely to die, but I figured: Hmm. Bide is a normal type attack. I'm gonna send in Lancelot, a Water/Rock type to tank it.
And then Lancelot died.
Oh.
My.
God.
2nd major death of the play through: Lancelot.
1st major death of the play through: Caitlin.
I was so excited to use him! But now... Emptiness.
And Guinevere the Karrablast sucks.
I got a new encounter at Cold Storage and caught a Herdier, named him Buddy (I can catch Herdier because my Lillipup died.).
At the end of this play through, I'll group together every major death and do tribute art.
So for now...
Rest in peace, Lancelot.
I'm sorry you had to die for Guinevere.
