Jeff knew it was wrong, he was a freaking killer for God's sake! But how was he control his own heart which he thought he'd lost many years ago. Why did he have to like a human girl?! Especially one that was as sweet and innocent as a freaking rabbit or lamb?! He had met her during one of his many nightly killing sprees, she sat on a bench in a cute black Lolita style dress. The moonlight shined down upon her, making her black hair shine and her pale skin glow ethereally like she was some other worldly being that decided to grace the sinful world of mortals with her presence. He had just finished a another kill when he happened to find her all alone without anyone to see her disappear. Heck, he would have seriously killed her that night if he hadn't seen her face and the way that she didn't run away or cower in fear at the sight of him all bloodied. No, instead she gave him that cute little smile of hers and waved like he was an old friend or something. Even when he approached her all she did was take out a handkerchief from her pocket and wipe off the blood stains on his white face as if he was a dirty child instead of a dangerous killer. From then on Jeff couldn't find the will or urge to kill her like all of his victims, he liked her a lot more alive than she would be if she was dead and by his hand too.
"You should always wash your face whenever it's dirty or else I'll do it for you" she said in a light and playful voice as she continued to clean his blood stained face.
"............Okay?" Jeff was bewildered at the girl's actions, didn't she know who and what he was just by looking at him?
She flashed him another one of those smiles and patted the empty space next to her once she was finished with wiping the blood off of his face. The killer only raised a brow, but he complied and took a seat next to her yet he left a respectable amount of distance between them which wasn't like him at all. He'd usually get close and maybe satisfy his own "humanly needs" before proceeding to kill his attractive victims since he needed the release every now and then. It felt weird interacting with a normal human being and not slitting their throat the moment their back was turned to him after years of......of being anything but normal. Actually, it was quite refreshing to be treated normally and not as the insane freak that most people thought he was.
"Hey, aren't you gonna run away or anything?...You know can kill you without any mercy, right?" he asked out of the blue after a few minutes of silence from the both of them.
"I know you can, but I can protect myself~" she kicked her legs as she sat on the bench and conversed with him like he was an old friend or something
"Protect yourself? Yeah right....." he was amused at how confident she seemed in her own skills when she looked like a doll, but then again looks can be deceiving.
"Is that a challenge?" there was a hint of of playfulness in her voice as she spoke to him.
"What if it was?" the smile on Jeff's face looked bigger because of the permanent smile he'd cut on his skin long ago.
"I'd say that you just got yourself a challenge~"
And that was where it all started, they introduced themselves to each other soon after. Ever since then Jeff had regularly spent time with her on that bench, just talking about all sorts of things. From what he heard from some of his victims when he was still stalking them, that bench was rumored to be cursed. They say that whoever sits on it during night will find themselves face to face with a beautiful girl, but by the next day they'll never be seen again. The killer didn't know whether to believe them or not, he'd been sitting on it with Luna for almost a month now and he'd never disappeared, but there were times when she wouldn't be sitting there on her usual spot and the spot next to her where he'd sit would be stained with a few specks of blood. The first time that happened he was worried on what may have happened to her even if he did try to hide it, but she was back by the next night except she was wearing a new dress this time. He didn't ask her about it, assuming that it was one of the other Creepypasta's who happened to pass by with one of their victims and accidentally got some blood on the bench.
