I had been at Zoe's a while now and we were wandering around town looking for somewhere to eat lunch, we found a cute little cafe near the pier and sat down at a table next to the window. I got my vlog camera out and started to speak, " hey guys, so we're in town now and just stopped at a small cafe near the pier. But it's so cute in here, I love all the little fairy lights, anyway I'm going to decide what to eat, byee". I put the camera down on the table and just stared out the window, I thought about how beautiful Zoe is and how I can't have her and how Alfie is so lucky and how Zoe only wants to be freinds and how..... "Mark, Mark, Mark!"
" urm what? Yeah?" I replied a little shocked.
"Who you thinking about?" Zoe said jokingly.
"Urmm, err no-one" I said protectively desperately wanting to scream out how I felt.
"Sorry I was only joking" she said
"Oh Zoe, I'm sorry I just have a few things on my mind but I don't want to talk about it" I said
" oh okay well let's just forget about that, okay?" Zoe said calmingly
" okay" I said.
We'd finished our lunch and I went to get the check, we left the money in the tray on our table and left. As we were walking around Brighton Zoe got her camera out and started vlogging, I could feel the awkwardness between me and Zoe and did my best to stay out of the vlog.
About 4 hours had passed and we were on the pier, I had cheered up abit now, and tried my best to forget about the feelings I had. We were in the arcade and were playing table hockey we both had our cameras on the side filming and we were having so much fun and laughing. I just wanted her more and more, I told myself to stop thinking about her but i couldn't. Finally we thought we should go back to Zoe's house soon because it was getting dark. But before we went home we wanted to take a walk on the beach, it was empty when we got there, so we both ran down to sea, but as we running Zoe tripped and I was In front of her causing her to fall on top of me. All these thoughts whizzing around my head but I finally did it.
I kissed her, I didn't think about Alfie, she kept on kissing me, my heart was pounding. I kissed Zoe.
