It's been two months and Cole and I been getting along great but Cole seems distances. Homecoming is tonight and I was excited to go because Cole asked me. Abby was asked by Tanner, they are so cute together and Erica was asked by Drew Keeton the basketball player. I was in my room touching up my make up. I applied more lip gloss when the door bell ranged. I put it down and smiled at my reflection. My dress was silver and it tied around the neck and laced up in the back and had a split on the side from my thigh down to my feet. I had on black vans cause there was no way I was gonna dance in heels. I grabbed my wallet and shaw and the flower thing for Cole and went down stairs.
My Dad, Mom, sister, my uncles and Cole were standing in the hall. I made my enterence and everybody jaw dropped and then went to a smile. Mom and Willow hugged me as my uncle hugged me to and dad. I turned to Cole and checked him out from head to toe. I smiled and kissed his cheek. We smiled at each other as we exchanged flowers and took pictures. After that we went to the limo and got in and head for dinner.
We went to a five star resturaunt. It was nice we talked and laugh until it was time to go to the dance. "Ready to dance" he asked as I giggled and nod. We pulled up to the hotel that the dance was being held at and we got out. We walked in the ball room and tried to find our friends. I saw them and grabbed Cole hand and pulled him with me to go to Abby and Erica who were standing next to Tanner and Drew.
"Hey" I said as they hugged me.
"Your so gorgeous"
"I love your dress"
"Haha you guys are gorgeous too" they laughed and the guys pulled us on the dance floor. I was having a great time when I saw Zane and his friends. Cole seemed to be touchy and I had to slap his hand away from my ass many times.
"Sto--" I was gonna say but a squeal interrupted me.
"Coleeeeeeeee" a girl with bleach blonde hair that was in a bump came over. Cole let go of my waist and went to her. He had a full make out session with her until I cleared my throat. They looked at me and the girl glared at me. "Cole who's this?"
"Kristine Radke the girl I told you about" he said.
"Oh yeah the emo fag slut" she said.
"Who are you?" I asked as I glared at her and she glared back.
"He's my boyfriend Bitch!" She said. I looked at Cole and he smiled at the girl.
"Cole is this true?"
"Yes I was just using you because Lilly was on a cruse for a while and she the one that planed this and I went along with it. Nobody wants you Kristine, your just a worthless emo" he said as his words went right through me.
'Bye asshole" I said and walked away from him and his girl friend. I went out to the hall and cried. He was right, I was worthless and nobody wanted me. They just use me for the sex and the fame. I sniffed as I heard foot steps coming towards me, they were standing in front of me. I looked up and saw Zane.
"What" I said choking on my words as a sob came. Zane sat on the floor and pulled me on his lap and held me as I cried.
"Sh it's okay" he cooed.
"No it's not. He called me worthless and he used me. He already had a girlfriend and she called me an emo slut" I said in his neck. His hold tighten as I continued to cry on his shoulder.
"Your not worthless Krissy and nor are you a slut. He's an ass that is stupid like me" he said, I looked up at him and looked in his eyes.
"Why are you here?" I said as he wiped the tears away.
"Because I owe it to you Kris, I really do. I was an ass for taking that bet and I regret all of it. When you found out, I felt horrible that you found out like that. I'm a dumbass for losing you like that and I love you Kris, I really do" he said with tears going down his face. I still had tears falling on my cheeks. I wiped them off his cheeks and I kissed him, the sparks went flying as he kissed me back. He pulled away and rest his forehead on mine.
"I love you Zane" I whispered to him as he kissed me again. When we pulled back again, I smiled and he did too.
"Take me back again and I promise I won't hurt you this time" he said I cupped his cheek and smiled as he kissed my hand and I nod. We heard foot steps and they stopped.
"Well looks like we have Zanstine again" Erica said as we looked at her and she smiled.
"What?" Zane and I said at the same time.
"Your couple name Zanstine" she said as we all laughed at her.
"Alright everyone we are now going to announce the Homecoming King and Queen." Somebody said in a mic. We all got up and went to the ball room, I held on Zane hand as we listen to the announcer. "Drum roll please." There was a drum roll "Your homecoming Queen is Kristine Radke" everybody cheered as I went up and received the tiraria and stash "And your homecoming King is Zane Mabbitt" he came up and received his crown and stash. "Now the homecoming King and Queen will have their dance now" the person said.
Zane went to the dj and whispered something in his ear and then turned towards me and held up a hand. "May I have this dance your majesty?" He asked as I smiled and nod at him. I took his hand and he led me to the dance floor as Miles Away by Menphis May Fire came on. He pulled me close and we slow danced to the song. "Your so beautiful" he said in my ear and I smiled. I looked at him and he leaned down and kissed me.
Everybody cheered as we kissed and pulled away. I giggled and smiled. Soon everybody joined the dance floor and danced. Some congratulated us and we told him thanks. When I got tired, Zane took me home, I let him in since I know he was tired too. Everybody was asleep and we made our way up to my room.
"Can you un lace the back" I asked as he nod and stared unlacing. When he was done I went to the bathroom and changed out of my dress and into pajamas. I washed my face and went to lay in the bed with Zane and fell asleep.
