Awaking

Pacifica jolted awake trying to put together the pieces before they slipped her mind.

"What do they mean?" Pacifica said.

"I'm pretty sure the song goes What do you mean." Gideon corrected.

"Oh, hey Gideon." Pacifica said. She looked out the window. The sun just coming up. "Why are you awake?"

"I always wake up this early." Gideon said. "Why are you awake?"

She felt like something was holding back in her gut. Like if she told him he wouldn't understand. "I guess I just woke up." She lied. She pulled out the journal and started flipping through the pages. She found the page with the creature on it.

Will the dream demon.

He is a sniveling crybaby who is easy to fool. He can be easily controlled but can also give away secrets at a moments notice. The most dangerous moment I have came with Will is that he can control your emotions easily and make you feel a certain way. I have found a way to block out the emotion controlling as written in journal 2. When someone is under the emotions of Will or is possessed there eyes will turn a glossy shade of blue.

Beware his counterpart Bill.

Gideon peeked over her shoulder. "Why are you reading that part of the book. There are way more exciting parts of it!" Gideon reached over and flipped the page. "This for example! Killer gnomes? Cool!"

Pacifica closed the book. "Your right." She said. "I was just being curious."

"Kids! Come down here!" Bud said. "Now!"

Gideon and Pacifica ran down the stairs to see Bud looking at the TV in shock.

"What's wrong Grunkle Bud?" Gideon asked. "Is something wrong?"

The TV blared as the news started up again.

"Just in case any folks missed it two kids from town are missing." Toby Determined said from the TV. The pictures of Robbie and Wendy popped up on the screen. "Robbie Valentino was last seen last night and Wendy Corduroy was last seen two days ago, if anybody has more info on this two kids please call the Gravity Falls police department. Thank you."

Bud turned off the TV. "Kids do you guys know where they are?"

"What no!" Pacifica said hyperventilating. "I mean like who would want to kidnap Robbie? He is so sweet and innocent!"

"OK, kids since teenagers are going missing I can't let you guys outside."

"What!" Gideon exclaimed. "That's not fair! I can't do monster hunting inside! I'm almost on the right track of the Gremoblin! Please!"
