One Sided Soulmate

Gideon woke up to a pain in his wrists and ankles. When he tried to move them they wouldn't move. He moved his eyes down and saw that he was tied to a chair.

He looked around the room. It was turquoise. He was in Mabel's room. "Mabel!" He called out. "Let me go right now!" He said, he waited a few minutes in silence until the door opened.

"Hey pumpkin, did you have a nice rest?" She asked him setting down a plate of sandwiches. on the table.

"I'm not your pumpkin." He spat. "And your going to let me go this instant." She looked up st him.

"Your lucky I'm not Dipper right, he would kill you but I won't, thats not my thing. Torture is." She said casually. She saw the shocked expression on his face. "Oh I'm sorry I forgot you can't read minds." She giggled. "Every time you do something bad I'm going to punish you. That's is you train a pet, right?" She asked innocently.

"Y-your going to torture me?" Gideon asked preparing for the worst.

"Aw no dear." She sighed rubbing his hair. "I wouldn't hurt a hair on your head." She pulled out something from her pocket. A CD. "This CD came from my security cameras, I can play it if you want?" She said. Gideon looked at her in anger with no response. She put it back in her pocket. "I'll save it for later I guess." She shrugged. She went behind Gideons chair and pushed it closer to the table then sat on the other side of it.

"Wanna sandwich?" She asked. Gideon still refused to reply. "I said do you want a sandwich!" She said more harshly. Gideon still refused to reply.

Her face went cold and she put the CD into the player, turned it on and pressed play. "Have fun." She spat coldly and walked out of the room.

The video started with Wendy sitting in a room. It was like s cell. There were bars and stone walls. Then a figure walked in that was unmistakably Mabel. She wasn't wearing her normal blue ensemble. She was wearing more what looked like a butchers outfit and had a large bag. She pulled a large chain out of it and attached it to Wendy's arm.

"Mabel what are you doing?" Wendy asked. You could see the fear in her eyes. Mabel just grinned and pulled out a large box and attached the chain to the box. She pressed a button and Wendy's body jolted and shook then fell to the floor.

"Just do it then!" Wendy yelled spitting at her. "Don't spend your valuable time on me." You could tell she was in pain but she was Wendy. She would keep hissing and spitting till the bitter end.

Gideon covered his ears, but he was unable to look away. He knew what would come next, she couldn't last forever. Something unexpected happened next. Mabel unhinged the cord from Wendy and bent down and looked at her.

Looked was the wrong word, more like read her. Like she tried to read her mind. Then she said so calmly, "What are you scared of Wendy?" She took a deep breath.

Wendy didn't answer. She didn't need to.

"Done." She smiled. She snapped her fingers and and the door burst open. Gideon looked away. He was afraid. He didn't know what Wendy was afraid of and he didn't want to know. He heard the scream he couldn't help himself. He needed to know what secret that Wendy his all these years. He told himself not to. He could bear to see it. He heard the door creak open.

Hands held is head up and he felt something being tied around his wrists. The hands stroked his head softly. "Don't worry," Mabel cooed. "This is my favorite part."

A small pink animal entered the room. Gideon was confused why it was in there until the camera focused on Wendy's face. This was thing she was so scared of. That she avoided her entire life.
