Knowing your father, he had most likely called the coffee shop and canceled your job, but you could still try. Your co- workers had always been nice, even if you had isolated yourself from them most of the time. You sighed and rested your forehead against the smudged plastic that covered the bench. The world was a fucked up piece of shit. You let yourself fall into a daze, not exactly falling unconscious but not being fully awake either. Then you felt a presence appear next to you, shaking you slightly. "Don't touch me." You hissed, raising your head to glare at the person invading your space. But your expression rendered to shock as you recognized Rocky's face hovering above yours. "What are you doing?" You screeched, drawing your head back and banging it on the plastic behind you. "I was checking if you were breathing." He nonchalantly replied, sitting back. You gave yourself a minute to recover from your initial surprise, then breathed in and out twice. "Okay. Why are you here?" "Well, after you know, the fight, the police showed up and brought us to the police station, and we had to wait there until our parents showed up, but then Moonsbin's- he was the one that was with me- dad called and they let us all go. So I was walking home, because I live on this street, when I saw you, so I stopped to check if you were okay. And it looks like you're not, because there's bruises and cuts all over your face. What are you doing here?" "I'm sleeping here. So leave."
"Why are you sleeping here?"
"Because Rocky. I am. So go away."
"Don't you have a home to go to?"
You shrugged and waited for it to sink in that you wanted him gone, but Rocky continued to sit there, staring at you with a weird face, as if thinking about something. You sighed once again. "Go away."
"No."
"Yes. Go away."
You tried to sit up properly and push him away, but winced almost immediately, sharp pangs bursting from your stomach. "Just come home with me." "What?"
"[Y/N], this might sound weird, but please come with me. You can spend the night and treat your wounds. I don't know why you're out here, but you shouldn't sleep at a bus stop. You'd be safer with me than alone out in the dark." You scowled at him. "Rocky. Leave me. Alone." "Oh come on, [Y/N], can you even walk?" He asked, his voice rising. "Yeah, I can, and I am perfectly able to take care of myself so please leave me alone!" You shouted back, kicking his leg off the bench with your foot. "Look it's just for one night, it's not like I'm going to hurt you." He pleaded. "You don't even know me." You retorted. "Okay, fine. If you're going to be that much of a bitch about this then never mind. I was just trying to be nice to you." Rocky got up and started walking down the street as you sat there, stunned. He was trying to be nice? To you? Why would anyone ever be nice to you for no reason? You had thought that he had obviously wanted something in return, maybe even try to take advantage of your injuries, but be nice for no gain? You had never even thought about it. Before he could disappear into the shadows, you whispered, "Wait." He whirled around and waited on the sidewalk, anxiety pulling at his eyes. "I'll come, but, just for one night." Rocky breathed out a sigh of relief and hurried over. "Okay, just follow me. Are you sure you can even walk?"
"Yes I can walk perfectly fine, I ran all the way here, didn't I?"
