Gathering clouds
Fill the sky,
Threatening rain,
Winds fly.
Down come the rain,
In pouring sheets.
Filling my vision
To where earth and sky meet.
Lightning crackles
Hot and bright.
Sudden flashes
Filled with light.
Thunder booms
Big and loud.
Imposing wonder,
Sounding proud.
The rain stops.
The sun comes out.
The air smells clean.
Light is about.
