Stairway to the Anime world

Heavenly death

Summer was here.

NO CLASSES. NO BULLIES. NO HOMEWORK. NO STRESS.

Just anime.

Beep.. Beep.. Beep.. Clank.

Time: 8am

Meiji groaned, then steched. "GOOD MORNING SUMMER!!" she yelled as she got up. She immediately opened her laptop, then put on her headphones. "Anime, here I come." Mei was delighted and opened the browser.

She played/watched anime for 4 hours.

Time 12pm, lunch time.

"Mei! Go buy us some lunch!" Her mom commanded her.

"Arrggh. FIIIINNEEE!!" Meiji did a big sigh then ran downstairs to the kitchen to get some money and went outside.

Mei was walking around the market, looking for lunch. "Ah, I'd like this one please." she pointed out.

Meiji has bought lunch and is now heading for home.

"Lalala~" Mei is skipping down the street and stopped before crossing the street because the traffic light is on red. Then it was green again, she began walking across the pedestrian lane.

A wild drunktard driver came disrespecting laws and came from the sidewalk then disobey the traffic light..

Then BAM!!

the car hit Meiji into everlasting slumber.

Meiji started lifting her eyes but with a blurry vision. "Argh, what the heck happened?" she said getting up and rubbing her eyes. Her vision cleared up and the first thing she saw was white. Yes white. She was lying on the floor of an all-white room, "Wh-What?! WHERE AM I?!" She started looking around, when she turned around, she found a red-haired fancy guy wearing a tuxedo sitting on a luxurious looking chair and at the same time drinking tea.

"Finally awake, hime?" the red-haired guy looked at Meiji and stopped drink tea.

"(Hime?!) Who are you? and where am I?!" Meiji started to freak out.

The guy chuckled, "Do not be afraid hime, I am Ren, your gurdian angel. You are dead." Ren explained as if he was crazy but gentle.

"Guardian angel?! Dead?! What do you mean?!" Meiko was getting frustraded from what's said, she can't take it all at once.

"Try to remember the last thing that happened to you when you were alive, hime." Ren said.

"Um.. I.." A vision inside her head appeared and remembered. "A car crashed into me, and I never new what happened then." she said looking down.

"Take a look below us hime." Ren help her stood and they both looked at the ground. They started to see something appear on the floor, another vision?

Meiji gasped, "MOTHER!!" She saw her mother and relatives crying as her coffin was being burried into the ground. "H-how long am I dead, up until now?" Aiko said as she watched her own funeral and tears kept falling on her face.

"1½ days." Ren exclaimed.

"I-I see." Meiji wiped her tears off her face, "What am I supposed to do now?" she asked looking at Ren.

"I will take you to the Anime world." Ren said as the vision on the floor disappeard.

"WHAT?! YOU WILL?! WHY?! OMG." Meiji can't stop fangirling.

"When your physical body is now in a deep slumber, your spiritual body or as you humans call are soul is sent into heaven to meet your guardian angel. Then when both meet, the angel will grant his or her one wish. And your wish is to go there. Am I right or not?" Ren said.

"Are guardian angels stalkers? lol joke. So when are we going?" she said delighted.

"Hm. Now? You will be traveling for an unknown time. Just enjoy your dream come true while it lasts." Ren pointed over to some stairs that weren't there before.

"Eh. When was that here?!" Meiji's eyes grew wide as she saw the stairs. Up to the top of the stairs, there wae was doorway. It was too bright so she couldn't see the inside.

"By the way, take this." Ren gave her a box, when he opened it, there was a ring inside.

"What? Is my guardian angel propsing to me or what?" She put on a confused face.

He chuckled, "No. Tips are given by the ring on your adventures. We wouldn't want you wandering around not knowing anything, right?" Ren slided the ring through her finger.

Meiji is dazzled by the ring and stares at it, "Okay then."

"One last thing hime, each anime world is given a certain number of days, after that you move into a new anime world. And if you die inside the anime world, your very exsistance will be gone, all memories even from your parents and friends, since your physical body is already dead. So avoid being dead at all cost. My life is on your hands, since I am called a guardian angel for a reason." Ren said.

"How am I suppose to survive without powers?! Eh, just go with the flow." Meiji rolled her eyes.

"You better go now hime." Ren said as he disappered.

Meiji walked up the stairs. As she walks, she keeps getting curious of what will happen to her inside the anime world. When she arrived at the bright doorway she stopped them said, "Anime world, here I come!" then she went inside.
