Simon Seville was backing up in the school bathroom trying to get as far away as possible from his bullies Derek and his friends" c-come o-on g-guys i-it's a-almost t-time t-to g-go h-home i-in a s-second a-and-" Simon stuttered as he tried to reason with them but got cut off by Derek" shut the ...up i don't care if it's almost time to go when we asked you to do our homework right we expect it ok!? Now you're gonna do it all over again by tomorrow or else!" Derek said. I wish Alvin was here so he can help me Simon thought he gulped and started to stutter again" u-umm i-I c-can't r-really d-do t-that" Simon stuttered that really made Derek mad" ok guys let's teach this little furball a lesson he won't soon forget." Derek said than they started beating Simon up but little did they know that Alvin was outside of the door listening. He would've went in to stop them but he didn't want to get hurt as well. After average about 15 minutes they stopped beating him and Derek spit on his face and walked to the door with his friends but before he went out he said one last thing to the half conscious blue clad chipmunk" you better do our homework now or else we'll do this again and it'll be more painful." He said than he and his friends walked out of the bathroom leaving a half conscious Simon laying in the bathroom with blood coming out of his cuts. Alvin had hid behind a wall when he heard footsteps coming to the door and waited until they left and ran to the bathroom and opened the door and gasped at the sight in front of him there laid Simon half conscious on the floor and bleeding Simon looked up weakly and saw Alvin" al-alvin" Simon whimpered the last thing he saw was Alvin running to him and calling out his name then everything went black.

3 hours later
Simon woke up with a splitting headache" look he's waking up" he heard some one said he opened his eyes and saw 2 blurry person standing over him "Alvin put on his glasses" he heard someone say than a object was put on his face and he blinked a few times before looking around for a second than he saw who was that he was in his and his brothers room on his bed than he look to see Alvin and Theodore smilling softly at him. "Hey Simon how do you feel?" Alvin softly asked "my head hurts what happened after I fell unconscious?" Simon asked. Alvin took a deep breath and let it out getting ready to tell Simon what happened" well si after you fell unconscious Theodore came in the bathroom and saw you I told him to go and get the nurse and the nurse and Dave came in and the Nurse wrapped your arm up and told Dave to take you home and let you rest than hive him some medicine so we got home and Dave put you in your bed than he went to go get your medicine." Alvin explain than Dave came in" oh Simon you're awake thank God" Dave said as he came over to Simon's bed and gave him his medicine" this will make sleepy but it will also help with the pain in a few minutes come on boys let's let Simon sleep for a while" Dave said as he went to the door followed by Theodore" are you coming Alvin?" Dave asked" in a minute Dave I have to talk to Simon" Alvin replied" well ok but only until a minute when you see him getting sleepy than come down ok?" Dave instructed  "Yes Dave" Alvin said than Dave and Theodore walked out of the room and closed the door. Alvin looked back to his brother "are you ok?" Alvin asked Simon just nodded too tired to answer" you have to tell him sooner or later" Alvin said" I...don't...want...to" Simon's said as he tried to stay awake. This medicine is working faster than I expect Alvin thought as he saw Simon yawn. Alvin sighed" well go to sleep bro but you are gonna have to tell him" Alvin said than he kissed Simon gently on his forehead and went to the door" goodnight bro see you when you wake up" Alvin said Simon only nodded than he drifted off to sleep. Alvin smiled and walked out of the door and gently closed it get well soon little bro and I'll take care of those bullies tomorrow I promise Alvin thought as he walked downstairs already plotting a plan on how to get Derek and his friends to stop bullying Simon.
