Chapter 9: Yerin's... Attempt

Umji went out secretly without the others knowing, she followed Yuju.

"Yuju-unnie!" Umji yelled. Yuju was sitting on a grass, staring at the small lake.

"Yuju-unnie!!" Umji yelled. Yuju turned around and got surprised when she saw Umji.

"Umji...? You're not supposed to be here. It's late. Go home." Yuju said.

"You need to go home too." Umji said.

"But... i don't want to." Yuju said.

"Why? Because you did something 'embarassing'?" Umji asked.

"Yes. I can't look at Sowon-unnie in the eye now..." Yuju said.

"Yuju-unnie, you tried your best at confessing your feelings but i think it was too much." Umji said.

"Umji, i TOLD you i don't like Sowon-unnie!" Yuju yelled.

"Stop hiding your feelings. Your mind is telling you to ignore it! You'll end up suffering even more if you're like that!" Umji yelled.

"I don't care!! Just... Just leave alone already!!" Yuju yelled. Umji became silent and just walked towards Yuju.

"I don't like to see you suffering, unnie." Umji said.

"Umji..." Yuju mumbled.

"Let's go home." Umji said with a smile, grabbing Yuju's hand. (I'm crying bcs i remember Hide and Kaneki.)

[ At The Others ]

"WHERE'S UMJI?!" SinB yelled.

"Where's our baby goblin?!" Eunha yelled.

"Chill, maybe she just went outside-- NO!! She can't go outside it's freaking late!!" Yerin yelled.

"Come on let's go!" Sowon yelled and opened the door and then they meet Umji and Yuju there. Yuju looked down on the ground, ashamed again.

"We're back." Umji said.

"Umji... We were so worried!" SinB yelled. Umji pulled Yuju into the dorm and closed the door. Yuju headed straight to the room (her and her roommates') but she was stopped by SinB.

"Nuh-uh, i know you have something to say to us." SinB whispered, she was really close to Yuju's face. Yuju backed away and faced Sowon and the others, not even looking at them.

"I'm sorry for running away all of a sudden..." Yuju said. Sowon walked towards her and made her look up by grabbing her chin.

"Don't do that again." Sowon said. Yuju blushed, but she didn't feel it.

'This. is. happening!!!' Yerin and SinB thought while Eunha and Umji were... blank faced.

"Y-Yeah, i won't." Yuju said and backed away before going to her room.

"Why did you do that?" Eunha asked.

"No idea... My hand just... moved." Sowon said.

"Unnie... You don't like Seokjin-ssi... Right?" Umji asked.

"Huh?" Sowon asked.

"Are you... using him?" Yerin asked.

"I'm not. It's just... i know i will feel bad if i rejected him and plus, people from his school said that he liked me since i started high school." Sowon said.

"So? That was just last year. It wasn't that long." SinB said.

"You like Yuju-unnie... Don't you?" Umji asked. Sowon was silent for 20 seconds but then she answered.

"No. I don't. Let's just sleep." Sowon said.

[ The Next Day ]

SinB was the first one to go home and she's currently on the bathroom, brushing her teeth.

"Kkocchoreom pieona nanana navillera, ajigeun sujubeun aiya~" SinB sang while washing her hands.

"Nado tteolyeowa uri seolleom gadeukhan moksoriro~" SinB's heard Yerin's voice. Yerin just entered the bathroom that was unlocked.

"Yerin-unnie? What are you doing here so early?" SinB asked, turning off the faucet.

"I knew you'd come home early..." Yerin said and walked towards SinB after closing the door and locking it.

"SinB, i've been preparing myself for this..." Yerin said.

"For what...?" SinB asked.

"SinB, i like you." Yerin said. SinB's eyes widened.

"You like me...?" SinB asked.

"Yes... Ever since we entered elementary... I really felt that that feeling was gone until i felt it again at the end of middle school." Yerin said and pressed her forehead to SinB.

'No... Yerin don't. Don't do this. You have Eunha already! You have to stop!!' Yerin thought and closed her eyes.

'SinB... SinB... What will you do...? Say yes to Yerin-unnie? Or say no for Umji...?' SinB thought.

[ At Eunha, Yuju, Sowon, and Umji ]

"Yerin-unnie and SinB-unnie got home too early..." Umji said.

"Good for them to be honest. They've been studying too much." Sowon said.

"Hey, wanna eat something first before going home?" Eunha asked.

"Sure. I bet we are all hungry..." Sowon said. Yuju just stayed quiet.

"Is something wrong?" Sowon asked.

"No, nothing's wrong." Yuju said.

"You wore your glasses again." Sowon said.

"I wasn't in the mood for contacts..." Yuju said.

"*sigh* You have to get used to it." Sowon said.

"I know..." Yuju said.

'She's still cute...' Sowon thought.

[ Back At SinRin ]

"SinB-yah... Will you... be my girlfriend?" Yerin asked. (boi she did it). SinB gulped and avoided Yerin's stare.

"Well... I... I'm not sure if this is safe..." SinB said.

"It'll be alright. Trust me." Yerin said and held both of SinB's hands.

"Are you sure?" SinB asked.

"Yes, i'm sure." Yerin said and slowly kissed SinB's lips. SinB just kissed back. And now they're dating.

[ An Hour Later ]

Eunha, Yuju, Sowon, and Umji entered the house and saw SinB and Yerin watching a movie. Yuju smiled and decided to sing.

"Saeropge sijakhae bollae neo geurigo na sarangeul donggyeonhae apeurodo jal butakhae~" Yuju sang. Eunha chuckled and decided to sing the next line.

"Moadun maemuel jugesseo geurigo na manyang gidarijin anheullae~" Eunha sang and fist-bumped with Yuju.

"Welcome back. *sniffs air* You guys ate ramen didn't you?" Yerin asked.

"Ah yes we did." Eunha said. Sowon looked at the clock and saw that it was 7:30 in the evening.

"How long did we eat...?" Sowon asked.

"1 and a half hour." Umji said.

"I'm so full..." Yuju said and dropped her bag.

"I'm going to take a dump." Sowon said and rushed to the bathroom.

"Gross!" Yerin yelled followed by a, "SHUT UP!!", from Sowon.

And this is where tragedy starts.
