"Guess what I did today, babe?" Justin said walking in with his gym bag. His hair was messy and he had sweat dripping down the sides of his face.

"You made the team?" I questioned grinning. He shook his head and did a little dance. I jumped up from the couch and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Congratulations, baby!" I said repeatedly kissing his lips.

"Basketball season starts in October. So we have a month of training." He said while laying down on the couch. "I'm exhausted and my back is killing me."

"Come on, babyboy. Let's go take a bath and then I'll give you a massage after." I pulled him up from off the couch. He wrapped his arms around my waist and used me to guide him to the bathroom.

"Have I ever told you that you're the best girlfriend ever?"

"Iced hazelnut coffee!" The barista yelled and put the drink on the stand. I went to get my drink but a hand took it before I could. " Um excuse me? That's mine."

"I ordered the same thing." The boy said beside me. "But, it's okay. You can have it."

I looked up and saw the boy with beautiful blue eyes. "Thank you." I furrowed my eyebrows, because I feel like I've seen him before. "Do I know you?"

"Um, I don't think so." He lifted up an eyebrow while grabbing his drink.

"Did you live in LA?" I asked while grabbing a few napkins.

"Uh yeah, I lived there and worked at mall in the city."

"That's it! Taco Bell boy!" I snapped my finger and smiled.

"Oh! I remember you. You never texted me." He lightly laughed.

"Yeah, I'm sorry about that." I chewed on my bottom lip. "How about we start over? My name's Kai." I reached out my hand for him to shake it.

"Slade." He grabbed my hand and shook it. "Well, it was nice meeting you, but I have to get to class."

"Same, have a nice day." I grabbed my purse and headed to my English class. Of course, I made a terrible first impression by walking into class ten minuets late. I sat in the middle row and pulled out my notebook to begin taking notes.

"Pst Kai."I heard from behind me but chose to ignore it. The person tried again with a louder whisper, "Kai." I rolled my eyes and huffed out a breath in fustration. I turned around in my seat and made contact with Slade.

"What?" I furrowed my eyebrows, kind of annoyed that he was distracting me from taking my notes. Slade smiled and waved at me like a little kid. I shook my head and turned back around to continue taking notes.

Well at least have one person I sort of know in this class..

"So, where are we meeting them exactly?" I asked looking at the little town as Justin drove to our destination.

"Um, some pizza place like fifteen minutes away from the campus." He said taking a quick glance at me.

I took a moment to look at his outfit. He had on a white baseball jersey and a pair of black jeans that fit well on his legs. I had on a grey body con dress with a pair of sandals.
