~Chapter 10~ The Truth

Aphmau's POV

I hear yelling from outside my house and it's keeping me awake. I finally decide to go outside to see what's going on. When I open the door, Dante's apparently is panicking. "What's wrong Dante?" I said softly. "Aphmau! Laurence is not at his post or anywhere in the village! He is not at his room either!" Dante said panicking. "He's WHAT?! We need to look for him, NOW!" I said starting to panick. "Should we tell all guards that we will look for him?" "Could we find (Y/N)?" "Why should we? I bet she wouldn't help Laurence after what 'WE' have done." He said while crossing his arms and looking away. "First, Dante, we actually started it and second, stop being immature, you're a grown man!" "Ok, ok, I'm sorry for that. And yeah, we should tell (Y/N)." "Ok Dante, stay here while I ask (Y/N)." As he nodded, I started walking to where (Y/N) could've been at.

Your POV

Apparently that was a nap only. I can't sleep and I don't know why. Aaron's still sleeping, Lillian fell asleep already and I'm the only one awake. I decided to walk around the base so I made sure my (C) cloak was on.But I bumped into Aphmau. "Oh hey Aph, what are you doing here?" "Help...Laurence...Gone..." It seems she's out of breath. "Aph, calm down. Breathe in, breathe out." I said calming her down. "Ok, 'breathes in' 'breathes out', ok, Laurenceisgoneandwethinkthatyoucouldhelp." She said really fast and I mean REALLY fast but I still understood. "Ok Aphmau, I will help you guys, on ONE condition. Laurence and that blue haired guy shouldn't try to kidnap me again!" I said and she nodded. While walking to PHD, (Meaning Phoenix Drop) we started talking a bit. "So why do you need, of ALL people, need me?" I asked. "We're thinking, since Laurence is a Shadow Knight, he could've went to the Nether. Being the Shadow Knight you are, you could stop and help him." She explained. "Why does he need my help? He's a Shadow Knight and he should handle it. "I said. "He's not exactly a full Shadow Knight. He didn't finish the ritual because he couldn't handle losing emotions and he loves me." She explained more. "Ok." I said as we reached the gate. After the gate opened, the blue haired guy who flirted on me came to us. I think his name was Dante. "I'm SO sorry for kidnapping you. Please forgive me!" He pleaded. "It's ok BUT don't do it again." I said. "Thank you!" He said. "Ok, what's the plan?" I asked them. "We will bring you to a Nether Portal and you will enter. You will look for him and we will be waiting for you outside the Nether Portal." She explained. "Seems good." I agreed to her plan. "I agree to this." He said. "So lets go!" She said.

~Time Skip After The LONG Journey To The Nether Portal~

Ok, I just need to jump in the portal. "Ok, 1...2...3!" I said as I jumped into the portal. When I got in, I blacked out immediately.

Gene's POV

YES! My plan is working! We'll just wait for Zenix to retrieve (Y/- Well speak of the devil, he's here with her. "You FINALLY did your job right!" I praised. "Yeah yeah. Now here you go!" He said as he gave me (Y/N) and left. "Soon little (Y/N), you will become the most powerful being in the world." I told her even if she's unconscious. I may had a hard time bringing her to her old jail cell but I will get a BIG reward after this.

Aaron's POV

I woke up at like, around midnight to find that (Y/N)'s not here. I WAS supposed to ask Lillian but she's asleep so I might as well go to Phoenix Drop. I was almost there but I saw a man. What was he doing here in the middle of the night? He had black hair and he was wearing armor without the helm. I brought out my sword only to find out he had vanished. "Looking for me?" Someone said behind me. I stood in shock as soon as he had his sword by my throat. "STRANGER!!" Dale shouted while heading to the front of the gate. The guy vanished the moment Dale drew his sword only for the man appear between us, one sword pointing to each other. "What the?!" I said, with a shocked look in my face. In all my life and experiences in battles, I've never seen a guy like this before. I feel scared around him.
