Chapter 4: Connections???

I know my last chapter didn't get many reads and, as disappointing as that is, I'm still gonna update and stay positive. Elijah's POV.

A few minutes into being at the park they all run around playing except for me.I just sit on a near by bench and watch them.

They were all playing tag.Kol was it and chasing the girls and Klaus was just standing not getting tagged.

"Hey I said no vamp-speeding!"Venessa said while running away from Kol.

"Fine but I'll get you!"Kol shot back.

Two hours of that later they all rushed back to me.

"We should start eating I'm starving."Rebekah exclaimed.

"Then we shall."I said while going to the car and getting the basket.

Venessa was quick to follow.

"I'll get the blanket."She said while unlocking the car.

Then we walked back and Rebekah helped spread out the blanket and I put down the basket on it.

"I know this might be a little personal but who was the guy's name who-you know."Klaus asked.

"Dave that's all I know."she stated then looked down at her food.

She had a very sad look on her face. I felt so bad and never want to see her like this ever.Do I care for this girl? I don't know.Do I wanna keep her safe from harm? Yes very much.

After we were done eating we went down to the lake.

Third person POV.

Venessa and Rebekah held hands while jumping into the water.

Kol jumped in while the girls were catching there breath, to retaliate, the two girls splashed him back.

Klaus jumped into the lake and held them all under the water for a few seconds and all three splashed him.

Elijah just stood at the surface and watched them giggle and splash each other.

That's when Rebekah and Klaus held Elijah by the arms.Venessa grabbed Elijah by the waist and jumped into the pool still holding him.

Elijah's suit was soaking wet and he was mad and slightly surprised.

Elijah's POV.

"You'll pay for that Venessa!"I hollered at her.

She was swimming as fast as she could but not fast enough. I grab her by the waist and throw her to the other side of the lake. She was just laughing and staring at me.

Then she went underwater and I couldn't see her.

A few seconds of looking around and she came out of the water we were face-to-face.

I could no longer resist and grabbed her and spun her around out of the water.Then I put her back in slowly.She put her hands on my face and pulled me in for a kiss.

I pull her closer to me.Her lips were soft against mine. A few seconds later we pull away. She stared deeply into my eyes.They are such a beautiful brown.

That was by far the best kiss I ever had.

"Now what?"she asked looking confused.

"Well Ms.Venessa Mcgomery you're the prettiest girl I've ever seen".
