We drive to Ice-cream ville in silence.
"So......" Rachel says trying to break the silence.
"Let's play 21 questions, since there's nothing else we can talk about"
"Okay, you first" I say since I want her to know more about me.
"Okay um....What is your favourite food?" She asks.
"That's easy,,, it's pizza, what's your favourite food?"
"I also like pizza but I can't choose between pizza and ice-cream!" She blurts out.
"Oooookay good to know, what your favourite colour?" I say thinking it's pink or white.
"I like black " she says and looks at the road, probably thinking of something.
"Does it remind you of something or someone?"
She doesn't answer
"I shouldn't have asked, I'm sorry, I didn't know" I say
".No, no, it's fine, I was bound to tell you at any point,"
"Listen if you really don't want to tell me its-"she cuts me off
"Its the darkness, I was locked in a dark room for 2 days with no food just water, that day that they locked me in the room.I heard my mom screaming in pain as they killed her" she says tears welling in her eyes.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know!" I say
"It's fine"
