Spider Sitting

Hannah's POV
"Now that Spiderman is a part of S.H.E.I.L.D., he needs to have an agent to show him the ropes." Nick explained to us. "AKA an agent to stalk him." I muttered. We were all sitting in the debriefing room discussing our new teammate.

"He will be coming in tomorrow an 5 o' clock so we can study his tech. I need eyes on him the second he steps on the Helicarrier and when he steps off. Comet, since you have the proper stealth technology, those eyes will be yours. Dismissed." We all nodded and exited the room. Before me and Ava split up to the girl's rooms, I felt an arm around my waist. I looked up, and there was my boyfriend.

"If he tries to hit on you, tell him I'm coming for him." He smirked and pecked my cheek. Ava rolled her eyes and shooed him away. "He is so self-centered. How are you, the sweetest girl in the galaxy, dating him?" She took off her mask and fell on my bed. I just shook my head and switched into my pajamas. "It's a history thing Ava. I'll ask you a similar question when you get a boyfriend." I teased. She rolled her eyes and sat up.

"If I didn't ship you guys so much, I'd punch Sam each time he spoke to you. You're like my lil sister. Good night and good luck Spider-Sitting tomorrow!" She called as she walked out the door. I chuckled and jumped on my bed. Ava is my sister, Danny and Luke are my brothers, Fury is my dad and Sam... I picked up a picture frame on my bedside table and stared at it. It was of Sam, Luke and I on the day I told him about my parents.

He had taken us to an ice cream parlor and we just... talked. About his family, about ours, about everything. That was the first time I had opened up to someone other Sam. Sam... is my other half. Later we had met Danny and Ava
Maybe... they're not... that... bad...
Before I knew it, I was lying on my bed, sleep starting to get to me.

Maybe... I did find a family...

"Wakey, wakey Hannah!" Cooed Sam's voice. I sat up, accidentally head butting my boyfriend. Thankfully for me, he wasn't wearing his helmet. "Owww." He whined. "Sam why'd you wake me up at..." I glanced at my clock. "Four forty-eight?!?" I sprang up, again slapping Sam in the face, and ran to my little bathroom. "Why didn't you wake me up earlier?!?" I cried. "But you just said-" "No excuses Alexander!" I called back. He sighed and rolled his eyes. I took a five minute shower, took three minutes to brush up and another minute to yank on my uniform.

"How do I look?" I asked Sam. He smiled and twirled some hair around his fingers. "What I think?" He asked mischievously. He leaned in slowly. "I think-" 'Comet, report to the debriefing room immediately.' Fury's voice rang through the Helicarrier. "-that Fury is a huge cock block." He muttered bitterly. I giggled and pecked his lips. "Wish me luck!" I said as a purple glow surrounded me. "Good luck, little star streak." He joked. I rolled my eyes and flew down to the debriefing room. With luck, I could be done in half an hour tops. I mean, how bad can this guy be?

Well, turns out he was that bad.
"I don't even have a learner's permit!" He said as if it obvious. I face palmed, again. God dammit... "You what?!?" Fury yelled. "It's New York! Why own a car when you can call a taxi?" I actually kind of agreed with that one...  Spiderman's motorcycle swerved through Manhattan, under bridges, driving on the sidewalk, and sliding under a school bus before we were driving right into a construction site. While Spidey freaked out, I called up my team.

Comet: How fast can you people get to the construction site on W 44th Street?
Nova: About 28, 27, 26, 25, 24-
White Tiger: We're on our way.
Luke Cage: We were following you anyways lil sis.
Comet: What?! Come on guys!
White Tiger: We thought he was shifty!
Nova: 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4-
Iron Fist: Shouldn't someone catch Spiderman?
All: Crap.

I flew down and tried to grab Spiderman's hand. He just freaked out even more and the bike sped up. Thankfully, my heroic boyfriend managed to pull him off of the bike and into the air. White Tiger hopped on the bike while Luke moved giant trucks out of the way. The Spider Cycle rolled to a stop in front of Iron Fist, who placed his foot on the front wheel. Nova dropped Spiderman and flew over to where the group was standing. 

"Look, I appreciate the help from... who are you?" Spiderman asked. Danny stepped forward, "Iron Fist, Namaste. Iron fist, kung fu master with a fist of well, iron!" I rolled my eyes at him punchline. "White Tiger. Acrobatic ninja with steel claws and cat powers." Ava said next. "The big guy is-" "Power Man. If he gets to call himself Spiderman I get to call myself Power Man. Its cool and doesn't scream 'I have low self-esteem'." Wow Luke. Just wow. Apparently Ava agreed.

"Super strength and bullet proof skin." He said crossing his arms. "I've already met Captain Bucket Head." Spiderman said. I giggled but apparently he heard me and looked around confused as he spoke. "Able to carry to full buckets of water in under-" "The name's Nova, creep!" Sam barked. "Nova Creep! Catchy." I just giggled louder. "Nova, the human rocket." He said dramatically. "Okay. Look it was very nice meeting all of you but-" "Actually," Danny interrupted, "you haven't met all of us yet."

"Comet?" Sam said smirking. "Comet." I said, making him jump. "Intergalactic Princess, star-wielder, trained by the Royal Xandar Court-" I flew around him, still invisible, and smiled as he looked around confused. I finally floated behind him and turned off my stealth suit. "-and a kick ass ninja." I finished. He turned and jumped. "Where did you come from?!?" He shrieked. I just smiled, waved and glided next to Sam.

"All right. If that's all of you, I should be getting this back to H.Q. You see, I'm with S.H.I.E.L.D." He struck a dramatic pose. Luke smirked. "Small world." I grinned. "You're in for a treat." He stared at both of us. "Oh no..."

"No no no no! I didn't agree to a team!" Spiderman yelled at Coulson. We were standing in the back awkwardly, watching the scene unfold. "It's not a team, it's a program. Just let me explain-" "No, nix, nien, nyet, nuh-uh, no way, never!" With that, Spiderman stormed away. "I win the bet! No toilets for the tiger!" Ava cheered suddenly. I looked at the guys confused. "Did I miss something?"

A couple hours later, we were spying on Spidey as he sat on a rooftop. "I'm so bored!" Sam whined. Spiderman suddenly stood up and started looking around. "Right in cue Sammy," I said. Spiderman bent down and looked through his legs, only to be shot at by someone through the window. I powered up to help him but Danny held me back. "Let's use this opportunity to examine his fighting style." He said wisely.

Which I guess meant we could watch him by his ass beat by the 'Frightful Four' cause that's is basically what we did. We watched him get knocked out, kick The Wizard into a building, and taunt Thundra. Only when Thundra yanked off the water tower's lid did Luke kick the freaking lid out of her hands. Ava slid down the side of the building, landing on Spiderman's chest. "Where did you guys come from? I had that!" "Except for the part where you didn't." I laughed and shot energy at Klaw. "Nice one Tiger!"

The fight went on for a little while long before Spiderman had to stop the water tower's lid from squishing a group of people. How did I miss that? We regrouped on a building rooftop when I noticed a little bug flying around. It didn't look natural for a bug to stare at Spiderman then flash red and fly away, so I followed it. Thankfully, no one noticed me. The little bug flew all around the city until it veered down to an open man hole. Sadly, I still followed it. It flew all around the sewers before it flew through a small drain under what looked like a warehouse.

I couldn't follow it but I could hear voices through the cracks. "Your team has failed Octavius. I will not tolerate a failure like this again." "Understood Mr. Osborn." Osborn?!? A loud beeping noise rang through the sewers. "Intruder alert, Intruder alert!" Naturally, I 180ed my ass and flew at lightspeed towards the exit. The hell just happened?
