Florencia and her sisters returned to their hotel later that night and got into bed almost immediately. All of them had commitments the next day which they couldn't miss out on. Florencia was going to go to her photo shoot which would kick off ad mid day at the studios of Estrellas Y Mas, Margarita was going to audition for a starring role in one of Mexico's upcoming telenovelas at Televisa Studios, and her younger sister Acacia had gone out with her boyfriend Andrew Minor--an English-Mexican male model and actor--to a charity lunch event in the city that he had been invited to attend.

Florencia closed out of her instagram app when the car came to a stop in the parking garage of one of the city buildings. At one of the far walls near an elevator were pictures plastered of all the singers, models, and actors who had been on the cover of the very prestigious teen magazine. As a child, it had always been Florencia's dream to be on the cover on it. Now she would see one of her dreams come to life after having worked hard for several years to establish herself as a beauty queen.
It was difficult, of course. There were so many things that she could and could not do. For one, she had to go to the gym every day without fail. She hadn't gone since arriving in Mexico city, but her personal trainer and her mother had granted the few days of vacation while she was in the capital for the photo shoot. Then there was the fact that she couldn't eat most food. She couldn't have sweets or anything with too much fat in it because she needed to watch her figure.
The slightest slip up would get her publicly criticized on the internet because of who she was. It was the same for her sisters.
The twenty year old entered the building with her mother. It had been a small argument that morning with Margarita over who would get to take their mother along. She was their manager, but she was their mother as well, and she always gave them advice and pointers before an audition or photo shoot. In the end Valentina had promised to stay with Florencia for a while, and then she would catch a ride to the Televisa Studio building to meet with Margarita before her audition for the telenovela.
