Chapter 5 : Mate?
Stephanie's P.O.V
The next day I made my way to the Mikealson mansion."Whatcha up to Annie?" I heard Beth say, I told her "I am going to meet Elijah"
"Why" she asked
"Because-" I was interrupted by Elijah opening the door. By the time I was done greeting everyone Beth had closed off our connection." So.." I say trying to break the awkward silence.
"Have you decided what you are doing yet my child?" Elijah asked hopefully.
"I have thought about it but have not quite made a decision yet." I spoke truthfully
"Hey i'm in New Orleans where are you at and who is that sexy hunk next to you?" Beth said through our link.
"Just get your ass over here Beth" I replied
" See this witch can not be trusted" Klaus says while entering the room.
"Did I say that outloud?" I pondered
"Yes you did and before I pull out you your pity little heart tell me who's Beth" Klaus demanded slamming me into the wall. In an instant he was aff of me and was crashed into the coffee table while i held my now bruised neck.
"No one touches my sister." Beth my sister and most bestest friend in the world said. To be honest no one can ever replace this girl in my life. I mean have been through hell and back together and even in my weakest times she's never left my said. She's the sweeter and more responsible of the two of us but at this moment she is pissed.
"Wow 5 seconds and u have already managed to piss her off. I haven't seen you this pissed since the 50's Beth. your hair even changed colour again." I chuckled as she smirked
"One week without me and you get into trouble with the Original vamps. Seriously Annie?"
"I won't really say it's trouble though." it seriously isn't trouble at all.
" Not trouble my ass every fucking thing about these guys are trou-" she paused sniffing the air.
"Do you smell that" she questioned
Sniffing the air I frowned not smelling anything "Smell what?"
Beth's eyes scanned the room and suddenly stopped at the man behind her saying the four lettered word I thought would have never come out her mouth
"Mate."
Klaus is Beth's mate?
Beth's P.O.V
Smelling the air my nostrils were filled with the sweetest scent. It was the mixture of the woods and chocolate. It was a really weird smell but somehow it mixed perfectly together.Scanning the room i paused on Klaus ,staring at him in shock I whispered "Mate."
Klaus Mikealson was my mate. I repeat the Original hybrid is MY MATE! This is unbelievable and impossible."Can we go with one problem at a time please?" Annie asked noticing my discomfort in the situation. I smiled thanking her.
"Wait you're my mate." ugh does he have to remained me
"But that's impossible." he soon added. No shit Sherlocks
"Yeah can we not speak of this right now." i pleaded. He quickly nodded
"So what's the problem Annie?"
Annie's P.O.V
"Elijah is my father." I stated. She stared at me with a shocked impression but soon recovered saying " Annie your father was uncle Sam and he died hundreds of yes ago. Does it ring a bell?" she stated mockingly.
" I'm serious he's my dad. His blood runs through my veins." I stated
" Look I know u miss your dad Stephanie but Elijah is not your dad." she says the last bit really slowly as if she was speaking to a child. I frowned not knowing how to convince her.
"Stephanie speaks the true bet she is my daughter and i know this might be hard to believe but can both of you please stay here. Stephanie and I would gladly explain this to you."Elij-dad stated. Dad i like the sound of that.
"I have made up my mind and i decide to stay how about you Elizabeth?"
"No i do not trust them Elijah and they can not stay here." Klaus said stubbornly
"No Niklaus they will stay here as long as that girl is my daughter she will stay in this house under this roof i do not care if you like it or not she is family." my heart swelled at the thought of having a family again it is what i have craved for centuries.
"It is clear that we are not wanted here we must leave."
"Beth-"
"No we are going back to Bulgaria and that is final." she stated leaving no room for argument.
"Beth please?" I pouted "Sisters for life" I said as i extended my hand. She warily looked at my hand before hesitantly placing her hand in mine saying "Sisters for life but is that asshole annoys me I'm. leaving" she grumbled.
"Thank you." I pulled her in for a hug
"Wait one more thing." i say
"Hmm." she hmmed in response.
"Should we tell them?" I asked. This was our biggest secret and I am not sure if to tell them about it yet.
"I honestly don't know." she said thinking the same thing.
"What do you have to tell us?" dad asked curiously
"I'm a .............."
