Chapter 1

Your POV

You awoke to the stupid sound of an alarm clock.

"Shut up!" You yell after hitting it repeatedly.

It finally shuts off and you get out of bed.

You grab your clothes which consists of jeans, black t-shirt, and black converse.

You take a fast shower and then quickly get dressed. You did your makeup and ran downstairs greeted by your mom and brother.

"Hey lazy bones finally woke up." Your mom asks you.

"Yep." You tell her as you kiss her on the cheek.

You run to your brother and ruffle his hair. "Hey that took me a long time." Your brother Tyler tells you.

You laugh as you grab an apple and run out the door. You walk to school.

Your mom would drive you to school but she had work.

You didn't have a car yet and Tyler didn't have gas because he quit his job to be in a band with his best friend Josh.

You walk into the school parking lot only to hear your best friend Brendon say "welcome to hell."

You laugh and shake your head as you give him a hug and kiss his cheek.

"Very funny Bren." You tell him.

You and Brendon have known each other for years. Ever since pre school.

You have always had a crush on Brendon but he doesn't feel the same way, you just knew it.

"What ya thinking about?" Brendon asks you.

"Hmm?" You ask him.

He laughs and you two walk to class after stopping by your lockers.

You and Bren had almost all classes together except for communication arts.

~end of the day~

It was the last class of the day... Math. You hated math because you struggled in it, but you had Brendon to help you.

You walk in the class and sit next to Brendon who was talking to a girl.

You suddenly got jealous as you walk over to him.

"Hey Bren who is this?" You ask pointing to her.

"Oh this is Ashley." He tells you.

"Hey Brendon is my cousin he was just telling me all about you." She tells you as she shakes your hand.

You look over to Brendon and he was a dark shade of red.

You laugh and say "Why are you blushing?"

"Idk why can't a guy blush." He snaps at you suddenly.

"Geez it must be that time of the month for you." You say.

Ashley heard you and started to laugh, but suddenly stopped as Josh walked through the door.

"Mr. Dun your late." The teacher tells him.

"I know I was helping a new student around." He tells the math teacher.

"Oh ok well you may have a seat."

Josh takes a seat right by Ashley. He smiles at her and says "hey I'm Josh!"

She smiled and said "I'm Ashley."

You smiled at the two as the lesson began.

~after class~

The bell rang signaling that it was time to go home.

You were about to walk out the door, but Ashley stopped you.

"Hey y/n right?" She asks.

You nod your head and she says "here's my number so maybe we can be friends text me after school."

"Ok I will." You say as you gather all your stuff.

You head to your locker and put everything away. You didn't need to take anything home this weekend because you had no homework.

You close your locker only to see Brendon.

"Sorry for snapping at you like that earlier." He tells you.

"I forgive you Urie." You tell him as you both walk to his truck.

~after you get to your house~

You made it home and you and Brendon walk in together. Brendon always comes over and spends the nights on Friday.

He kicks off his shoes and puts his stuff down.

You and Brendon head to the basement where Tyler and Josh usually practice.

You heard talking knowing that it was Tyler and Josh.

You walk to where they are and talk to Josh. "Hey Josh so about Ashley."

He blushes and says "what about her?"

"I have her number and I'm inviting her over."

He looks at you and says "really! Well what are you waiting for invite her over."

You laugh and say "ok brb."

You run upstairs and call her.

"Hey Ashley its me y/n." You say into the phone.

"Awesome whatcha need?" She asks you.

"Well I was wondering if you want to come over."

"Well idk yet." She tells you.

"Josh is here." You tell her.

"Be there in 5 text me your address."

You laugh and hang up to text her the address.

This was going to be a fun night.
