Oliver walked up to Enthusiasm as he led the group. "So what exactly is this 'land of hopes and dreams'?"

Enthusiasm laughed "It's what it sounds like! It's everything that Dick has ever hoped for or dreamed about!"

The group kept on walking until "Is that music?" Wally looked around and sure enough they were walking towards what looked like a big top. "We're going to a circus?!"

Enthusiasm nodded "This is Robin we're talking about. Now come on! We need to get to the center as soon as possible. When we walk through here you'll see scenes that Dick dreamed or hoped would happen but never did."

The group of heroes walked into the tent and followed the emotion through what looked like a hall of mirrors. In each mirror there was a different scene. They all stopped to look at each one.

The first showed a young Dick Grayson at the circus. He always wanted to ride one of the elephants in a show but his parents wouldn't ever let him. The mirror showed Dick doing a hands stand as an elephant walked into the Big Top. The crowd all started cheering. The team all laughed at the goofy grin on his face. "He was so adorable as a little kid!" Dinah and Diana cooed. The two women missed the little boy who would hide under his mentor's cape when they visited the watch tower.

They all moved onto another mirror. This one showed Dick when he was about twelve. He had recently been pestering Bruce to let him drive the Bat mobile. Bruce chuckled as the image showed Dick riding around Gotham driving the Bat mobile. It made him happy to see him smile like that.

They all walked down the hall looking at the rest of the mirrors. Laughing at some of the silly things he wanted to do when he was younger. They finally got to the last mirror and stopped. "Hey it's us!" Wally smiled. Sure enough this image showed the team and some of the leaguers sitting around Dick. He sat at a table with a cake in front of him. The fire from the candles lit up his smile as he blew them out. The candle in the center showed a number 14. "Why would he dream about his 14th birthday and none of his others?"

Enthusiasm walked up behind him and looked at the scene sadly. "Do you not remember what I told you these scenes were? They're things that never happened. Or... things he knows never will."

Clark raised an eyebrow "He's that worried about us not throwing him a 14th birthday party?"

Enthusiasm shook his head sadly "No... he's afraid he won't be around to see it..."
