Jeonghans Pov
I'm on my way to Joshua's house when my phone rings. Seungcheol is calling. It comes through my car so I just press ok and talk.
" Hello?" I say
" Baby" he says
" Hey babe" I say
" The media is trying to find out where we live so be careful ok?" He says
" Ugh another thing to worry about" I say
" I know. Where are you?" He asks
" I'm on my way to Joshua's house" I say
" I'm still at the building" He says
" Hey I have something to talk to you about when you get home" I say
" Everything ok?" He asks
" Yeah for once everything is perfect" I say
" Alright see you then. Love you" he says
" I love you too" I say hanging up
I pull up in front of his house and get out the car. I grab my laptop out the backseat and head to the front door. I ring the doorbell and he quickly answers it.
" Choi Cheonsa!" He says
"Jisoo Christ!" I say walking in
I sit down and open my laptop.
" What do we have today?" He asks sitting next to me
" Oh my god Shua I have the best news" I say
" Spill" he says
" So I went to visit Seong-su appa today and I talked to him about me and Cheol adopting. I wanted to know what he thought and if the company would let us. He said the company is ok with it and right now is probably the best time." I say
" Wow that's great!" He says
" I'm going to talk to seungcheol about it later but I wanted to find an agency so I seem more prepared before I talk to him" I say
" Alright let's look. Describe your dream daughter" he says
" Well she has to be young since we want a baby. I think i want to adopt from China so both of our kids would be Chinese" I say
" Let's see what we can find" he says
He types in Google " adoption agencies in China". A bunch of places pop up and I click on the first one. The place is called Miss Lau's adoption center. The website is full of information and pictures of the place. It's really cute and looks like a friendly place.
" I think I'm gonna check out this place" I say
" Damn it costs 25,000$ to adopt. You have to pay for the wedding, do you have enough for both?" He asks
"I'll get the company to help. I just have to catch them when they're having a good day." I say
Seungcheols Pov
I'm in the merch room packing up Nu'est shirts. This is the room where you can find all pledis artist Merch. There's sections in the room for each artist. Each section has a banner with the group name hung up on the wall,a long table, and a few shelves. Our section is right next to Nu'est.
Soljin noona comes in and out of the room bringing more stuff for me to pack while also talking on the phone with YouTube about getting Nu'est ads on videos. She does so much at once it's amazing.
" Cheol take a break from this and start printing the posters please. Thank you dear" she says running back out
After a few minutes I hear the door open again. I keep printing instead of looking to see since it's probably just Soljin noona.
" My posters better be extra glossy" I hear a voice that isn't Soljin noonas
I look up and see a head full of pink. I roll my eyes and laugh.
" What are you doing here Ren?" I ask
" I'm just like you, I work even on break" he says
" Shouldn't the leader come?" I ask
" All of the others are too lazy to work. They call me a housewife but I'm the only one who works. What kind of bullshit is that" he says
" I said I want the ad on the homepage! Take my money or I'll give it to Apple!"Soljin noona walks back in arguing on the phone with YouTube
" That's what I'm talking about. I'll be checking for the ad. It was nice doing business with you" she says hanging up the phone
" Oh Ren you're here. Pack the rest of these shirts for me please" she says
"Ne" he says
" Cheol how the posters looking?" She asks
" Glossy as hell" I say
" Great. Ok everything is looking good" she says finally sitting down and taking a breath
" Noona you deserve a vacation" I say
" Noona has to make sure her boys are doing well. A vacation sounds nice but not for me" she says
" What if we took over for you while you went? You teach me and Cheol all the time" Ren says
" Honey I'm not putting all of that pressure on you. Thank you for caring but I have a job to do. Go home, both of you. Ren you should rest before your comeback and Cheol you should be enjoying your hiatus" she says
" Fine" Ren says
" See you soon noona" I say as we leave
Jeonghans Pov
As soon as I get home I change into a really big t-shirt, knee high socks, and I tie my hair up in a bun. Seungcheol should be home any minute so I cook something easy for dinner. I get some ramyeon out and put it in a big pot. The door opens and seungcheol comes in wearing his mask, sunglasses, and hat. He takes them all off and then walks over to me.
He throws his arms around my waist and back hugs me.
" You look so sexy in those knee socks and that shirt" he says biting my ear
" Yah!" I whine
He picks me up and sits me on the counter. He stands in between my legs as I put my hands around his neck.
" We could have a little fun since Minghao isn't here" he says
" Or we could talk like I said I wanted to do" I say
" yeah who wants to have fun anyway? Not me ha" he sarcastically says
" My body isn't here for you to have every time you want it, now go change" I say
" Ne" he says walking away
I hop off the counter and put the pot of ramen on the table.
