Why does Jack have to sit right next to me.

"Hey Ally, long time no see" a familiar voice called out. Jack Johnson.
Just talk to Johnson not Jack. You can do this Ally .
"Hey! JJ" I say.
"How are you?" He asks
Well for your information JJ. I'm awful. I still love your best friend Jack Finnegan Gilinsky. And in 10 minutes I have to perform a song about him and then come back and sit next to him. Oh also I'm starting to get a cold.
"I'm good. How are you?" I responded
"I'm great' he says
" That's good. Nice performance! I like that song" I said. Trying to be polite.

" That's good. Nice performance! I like that song" Ally said
I could tell she seemed uncomfortable considering she hasn't seen G and I in so long and that she has to lean over Gilinsky to talk to me.
Ally, Jack and I were best friends since 1st grade. When she moved to Omaha. But now we were strangers. It's weird.
"Thanks! Gilinsky actually wrote it. (A/N idk if he actually wrote it but just pretend)" I said trying to bring him Into the conversation.
" Really? Cool" she said looking at Gilinsky for the first time.
AWKWARD!
"Ye-Yeah..." Jack stuttered.
I'm so sorry Jack. But I haf to make you two talk. So what if Jack kills me later as long as they talked I'll die a happy man.
"Well I'm gonna go get something to drink. Do either of you two want anything?" I ask.
"Sure. Coke" Ally and Jack said at the same time. Ha I love this!
"Well I'll go get your cokes. 2 straws or 1?" I'm sorry but u had to ask. Haha
"You f*cking d*uche bag. 1 straw for both Cokes" Jack said through gritted teeth.
Well I'll just leave on that note😂.
--Jack Gilinsky's POV--
F*ck you Jack.
Ugh. Jack your gonna have to talk to Ally eventually.
"So I hear your music career really took off" I say trying to start a conversation.
"Yeah" she said starting at the ground
" So your 3rd album is coming out soon right?"
"Yeah"
"I'm on Ally you can't completely ignore me!" I whisper yell
"I'm not" she whisper yelled back
"Yeah you are!"
"You probably would to if you just had to sit next to the guy you have loved since 6th grade and were stupid enough to let go!" She whispered back

Luckily just as Jack was about to reply JJ showed up with our drinks.
"Two cokes" he says handing us our drinks.
I don't think I have ever been this happy to see JJ.
Right as JJ was about to talk I noticed the time.
"Oh I gotta go. Its almost ny time to perform" I say and get up to leave
"Good luck" Gilinsky said.
"Thanks" I whisper then run backstage.

"Dude why the Frick did you leave us alone!" Jack whispered
" Because you two needed to talk"
He just shrugged
"Sooooooo what did you two talk about??" I asked
Ugh should I tell him what she said? I mean he is my best friend but I kinda want to keep this a secret. So I can think about what to do. I'll just tell him.
"She said she still loved me" I blurted after several moments of silence between us two.
" And now Ally Diamond!" Justin Timberlake ( who was hosting) said.
"We'll talk about this afterwards. Jack said.
