"Huh?" Dipper said to himself as he banged on the metal tree. The boy found and grip on a hidden, small door and opened He it to find an old metal box with a few dusty switches. The twelve year old boy flipped the switches and heard something electronic and old open.
Dipper looked down at the ground, curious, and saw a hidden capartment in the ground with a journal inside of it. The old, torn up, red journal was covered in spider webs and millipedes with a golden hand with six fingers on it with the number three in the center.
"What the....?" He thought as bent down to pick to mysterious book up, but something large and heavy fell and hit Dipper hard on top of his head. "ACK!" Dipper cried as he fell from the impact, holding his head as he layed stomach first on the grassy forest floor.
His vison blurred in and out as he moaned and closed his young eyes. After a few seconds, Dipper opened his green eyes and stood up, feeling dizzy and, weird. Almost like he was inside a dream. He decided it would be as just a result of the impact and resumed his action of picking up the interesting looking journal, blowing off the dust and insects, and flipping through the pages.
