Sans strolled nervously down the path that lead to Toriel's door. That door had so many memories behind it. From the time they told puns to each other, to the time Toriel had pleaded for Sans to protect the small human.

Sans, all you have to do is say how you feel. Sans thought to himself as his feet crunched in the delicate snow. Finally, Sans had approached Toriel's massive back door. Sans slowly lifted his skeletal hand and tapped the door with a shaky knock.

"Coming!" Toriel said sweetly. Toriel opened her door with a welcoming smile. Sans blushed a bit. How do skeletons blush anyway? Sans thought to himself as he wiped the sweat off of his hands and onto his shorts. "Oh, hello Sans. I didn't know you were coming today." Toriel said.

"Oh, heh, I guess I..." Sans trailed off. How was he going to confess his attraction to the large woman? Right now, he could barely even say hello to her.

"Is something wrong, Sans?" Toriel asked. Curiosity was dripping in her voice like a running faucet.

"J-just come with me, mkay?" San said. Hopefully and anxiously awaiting her response.

"Okay," Toriel said with a smile, but she still had a worried look on her sweet, sweet face. Sans and Toriel walked side by side down the thin pathway. During that walk, Sans had developed a sudden interest in his slippers.

"H-hey, Toriel."

"Yes, Sans?"

"Y-you know I've been felling quite bonely lately," Sans said looking into Toriel's wide, innocent purple eyes. Toriel giggled but paused patiently afterwards, waiting for Sans to finish what he was saying. Sans took a deep breath and continued. "And I was wondering if we could be something a little more than..uh... pun buddies?..." Sans asked.

Great, just great! You've screwed it all up, Sans! Pun buddies? What were you-- Sans' thoughts were interrupted by a quick kiss from Toriel on his lips. Since Sans was so short, Toriel had to bend down to kiss him. As Toriel stood up again Sans stared awestruck while Toriel blushed and smiled.

I'm going to take that as a yes.
