The Battle of the Elements is the second book in the Realms Of Earth trilogy.
Each chapter will have a name next to it which will show who's point of view the chapter is in.
Unlike the 8 part book before this one, Battle of The Elements is expected to have many more chapters.
Summary:
Shay returns to Cartillia. She should be excited; she never thought she would see the place, or her friends ever again. Instead, when she inexplicably wakes up in Cartillia, all she sees is the place she once knew in ruins. The realm is abandoned and every form of life that once lived there ceases to exist. The few people that did survive sought refuge in Fresa, the Realm of the Fairies. There, Shay finds her friends - Isla who shes longed to see and Daniel, who is now in command of the elf warriors because of the bravery displayed in the Battle of Cartillia. Alongside that, Shay finds what was salvaged of the army of elves and a fairy that loves to pick a good fight.
While Shay is conflicted with her inner self while deciphering her true feelings for Daniel, she also attempts to spark bravery in the elves and fairies to convince them to fight back against the destroyer of all life. First, that starts with getting all of the elemental realms on board.
Can she build walls strong enough to resist the flames, or will all of the realms be reduced to ashes before she can even start?
