Her world began to fall apart at 10 that night. Sarah suddenly woke up. Pitch black surrounded her. The question, where am I?, came to her mind. Her heart rate increased and she became more nervous each second. She closed her eyes and began to rub them. Maybe, she thought, this could all be a dream. She then opened her eyes again and suddenly her hope disappeared. She saw a small light coming from underneath the closed door. With her heart still pumping fast as ever, she tries to pull herself up. Shes too weak at this point. "What do I do?" ,She asked herself. She screamed and suddenly, all the lights turned on. She was confused but she then sees a male walking towards her. He tells her she was in a coma. She then looks around and realized she was in the hospital. The doctor was blonde and skinny. Sarah asked Mr. Quinn where her parents were. He tells her they died in a car crash the day she went into the coma. He also tells her she was in a coma for a week. Sarah felt sick to her stomach. Her world took an unexpected twist. Her heart sunk deep as the idea of her parents being gone goes through her head multiple times.
For the first time in a while, she felt completely empty and broken. As tears streamed down her face landing on her pale skin, two questions came to her mind.... why did this happen? Was it her fault?
