Introduction

Most of the super foods escape the western culture. Some of the valuable and really beneficial foods are missing from the western diet. There are some foods that are available in certain ethnic restaurants and we don’t even realize we have eaten a powerful ingredient when you dine out at such a place. Water Melon and its rind are now making headlines in health magazines and periodicals, where as watermelon is a staple in all of Asia.

The foremost reason certain foods make humans perform optimally and facilitate Premium functioning of all processes of the body whether physiological or mental is simply because they are full of target vital micro nutrients needed by your body and brain to function optimally and not because they contain some miraculous ingredient.

In fact when you are eating superior food products you will not only be performing above normal in the present but you will prepare for the future as well. Your body & brain will be ready for any expected or unexpected tax which today’s stress oriented environment and life style puts on you. The super foods that you will incorporate in your daily life will surprise you at all levels, in fact you would want to test yourself and you will put yourself to the test, that’s what I did and I never let myself down.

We all have put our bodies through neglect and abuse. We allow stress build up to an amount where it begins manifesting physically. Luckily for our body's resiliency, we didn't do too much major damage over time but some damage has been done. The bad news is, you can't change the past. Your body could already be physically showing now the years of abuse it went through. The good news is, you can now reverse the damage that has occurred over time. You can replace most of the damage, and you can prevent    further damage from this point onwards. The earlier you get on taking better care of your body and mind, the sooner you stop additional aging.

Super foods or power foods are not only about eating to stay in optimum shape but it has more to do about changing your lifestyle. It’s about how you think about everything in your life. Once you get on a super food lifestyle all other aspects of a superior and healthy existence will automatically will get incorporated in your life. If you have heard the phrase, what you eat is what you are, your creativity, innovation and emotion will reach the next level.
