I can't believe that I am actually going to meet him. I'm going to meet the man of my dreams. I hope he likes me. What if he doesn't like me? I was mentally freaking out as I got into my 2006 Toyota Prius. I buckled up and checked my mirrors, then turned the key in the ignition, and starting driving towards the library. I don't live very far from the library, so it's just about a ten minute drive. {10 minutes later} I pull into the parking lot and there was only one other car in the parking lot. That must be him. I pulled my car into the slot next to his, took a deep breath, then stepped out and walked towards the driver's side door of the car. I look inside, but no one was there. "But where could he..AGHH!?" A cloth bag was thrown over my head and I felt someone's rough hands grabbing me by the waist and pulling me backwards.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" I scream as I feel ropes tying my hands together. I try to kick away from the grip, but it just gets tighter and tighter, and then I feel myself being lifted into the air before falling hard onto something. I hear a loud "clunk!", then silence.
I can't believe that this is happening to me. Is he going to kill me? What did I do to deserve this?
The car starts, but then I hear a car door slam shut. The trunk opens and then I feel a hard hit in the face, and I'm asleep.
I wake up a while later and try to move. "What the hell?", I whisper as I realize that I am being restrained to the wall.
"HELP SOMEONE HELP ME!", I scream at the top of my lungs. Praying that someone would hear me and come to my rescue.
A door screeches and I hear a thumping sound coming from what looks like stairs.
"Hello? Is someone there?", I ask as the thumping sounds comes to a halt.
"Hi there beautiful", I hear from a voice with a deep southern drawl. The owner of that voice soon becomes obvious, as I see the very man with whom I had been corresponding with, Jack Holloway.
"Jack!", I exclaim. "Let me out of here!"
"I'm sorry beautiful, but Dennis wouldn't be very happy if I let you out. He gets very upset when I bother his guests." Jack says with an apologetic tone.
"But Jack, please. Let me out of here. I won't tell anyone I promise". I try to sound as convincing as possible, but even I can hear how cliché it sounds.
"I can't let you out, but I can give you something to eat", he says with a smile as he produces a sandwich from behind his back.
"Oh, well thank you", I say as he hands the sandwich to my free hand.
"I'll leave you alone now, so that you can eat your food in peace", Jack says as he starts turning around and walking back towards the stairs.
"No Jack stay! Please stay! I don't wanna be down here alone" I plead as he continues to climb the stairs
"I can't I'm sorry. Until we meet again", Jack says with a frown and opens a door, then closes the door behind him with a soft thud.
I can't believe that he wouldn't help me. I thought he really liked me...well at least I have a sandwich to eat now. I take a large bite of the sandwich and then I start feeling dizzy all of the sudden, and finally, I hit the ground with a thud.
