Today was friday around 4. Niall and I decided to go eat an early dinner. We didnt know where to eat.
Kate POV
"So where do you want to eat?"I said
"I dont even know. But i'm really hungry."
We were just walking on the boardwalk when a new restaurant caught my eye. It was called the Tree House.
"Hey! Why dont we just eat here?"
I heard Nialls stomach growling from a mile away. LITERALLY!
"Sure. But it looks kind of fancy. Do you think it's a little expensive? I didnt bring that much money with me." he said
.
"Dont worry. Ill pay this time."
"No! I cant let you do that!"
I looked at him with a serious face.
"Niall, how many times have you been there for me? I could never ask for a better best friend. So could you pleaee just let me pay this time?"
"Well... I guess we cou--"
I grabbed his arm before he could finish his sentence.
"Woah. This place is so cool!! It's like a palace!"
"I know right?!" said Niall
While we were to busy staring at the setting the waiter came up to us.
"So? Will it just be the two of you?" he said in a very polite manner.
"Yes please." I said
He lead us to a table and everyone there was so elegant. It made me feel weird. This place was just like the movies!
The waiter gave us our menus but there were only three things on it so we ordered right away. Of course Niall ordered one of each and I ordered the salmon.
When we got our food, Niall ate it in like 10 minutes haha but I didnt say I eat slow. I mean niall and I are BEST FRIENDS! We ate at the same pace.
After dinner was over, both of us were stuffed. It was awkward until a thought came to my head again.
This is like a date? Is it awkward for him? I mean we didnt talk for the entire dinner! He kept on eating! Is he trying to choke himself to death? oh goodness...
"So... is it good? the food?" I said
"Yeah. Really good. And thanks so much for paying... Love you."
Wait. Did he just say love you? What the heck!?! Im starting to think hes the guy that could treat me like a princess. I love him too... Whats going to happen. But what is happening... :(
Niall's POV
Did I just say I love her? Did I mean it? Nah maybe not. Or do I? I kind of do. What do I say? Whats going to happen?
