Hi, my name’s Jane Strauss and I’m 19. I have black hair that’s medium length and often dyed on the tips. It’s currently purple, which happens to be my favorite color. And my best friend, Madyson Thomas, who has blonde hair. Although we prefer the term ‘punk’, I know you’re using the common terms to categorize us such as scene, or even worse, emo. Despite all the crazy stereotypes about the people who happen to share the same style as me, no, I do not smoke, and no, I do not do any other drugs. Unless you count alcohol.. because I’m definitely guilty there. Anyways, currently I work at a local music shop, and Madyson works at about the shittiest bar in town. She works at Cheers, which is a block down from our apartment; which might I mention, is about as fancy as Cheers. Madyson and I live together in our apartment, and our parents live a few hours away in our hometown. Currently, it’s the beginning of June so we’re not in school, but next year we’ll be freshmen in college. So now that you think you know more about me than you actually do, let’s get started.
