The next day I woke up and got ready, putting this on. http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=88875823 I drove to work, reminding Madyson before I left that she had to walk to R's to pick up the car before she could go to work. I walked into work, and sat behind the desk, patiently waiting until 1.

Right at 1, Harry walked in, and smiled at me immediately. I smiled back, my heart beat getting faster with every step he took. Harry stayed around for 2 hours, raking through the bins, one CD at a time. That day he didn't buy anything, he just waved, smiled and left. I checked our email for the remainder of my shift, then walked out the door, about to begin to walk home. As I crossed the street to begin walking, it started to straight out downpour, and I could hear thunder and lightening. I began to walk faster, hoping I'd make it home in record timing. In a moment, I was soaked, my whole outfit and hair dripping wet. In a few minutes I heard a car slow down next to me, and I turned to see who it was.

"Jane?" I familiar voice questioned from the drivers seat.

"Harry?" I asked, looking over to the drivers seat.

"Would you like a ride?" Harry asked, stopping the car since I had stopped walking.

"That'd be great, thank you so much." I said, gratefully stepping out of the rain and into his dry car. The whole car smelled like him, a scent I had grown to known, and had always loved.

"Seat belt." He said, after I had sat down.

"Oh, right." I said, pulling the seat belt over my body. I smiled, and he smiled back.

"So, where am I taking you?" He asked, directing his eyes towards the road.

"The apartment building on Fifth." I said, a bit embarrassed he found out that I live in a shithole. He nodded and began driving there. He fiddled with the stereo a bit, turning on a pop radio station. I tried not to make a face at the selection, but I could not stand that stereotypical teenage girl pop. He must've noticed because the right side of his mouth turned up into a smirk, and he changed it to an indie station.

"Better?" He asked, smiling and turning to look at me for a moment.

"Much better." I said, smiling. We turned into the parking lot of the apartments and I was secretly sad, because I didn't want to leave.

"Thanks so much for the ride, seriously." I said, glancing at him as I rummaged through my purse to find my keys.

"Anytime, seriously." He said smiling.

"Shit." I cursed, realizing my keys were with my car keys which were in the car.. which Madyson was using.

"What's wrong?" He asked, that same look of genuine concern on his face as when I had tripped and fell the week before.

"My keys are in my car, which my friend has." I explained, looking up.

"Well, you could come to my place until your friend was home, then I could drop you off." He said nervously, looking at me. "I mean, I don't know what else you could do."

"You don't have to do that, really. You could drop me off at Cheers, thats where my friend works." I suggested, although I really did want to go to his place, I didn't want to put him through the trouble.

"I think I'd much rather have you at my place than a bar." He chuckled. "Especially when your clothes are soaked through." He said, as he glanced down at my top. I quickly looked down at my tank top, which was white and currently soaked see through. You could see my black bra right through it. I gasped, and blushed horribly, pulling the sides of my blazer together to cover myself up.

"It's alright, Jane. No need to be embarrassed. You should just be thankful I saved you from going into a bar full of piggish men like that." He said, noticing how embarrassed I was.

"Thank you." I said, barely audibly, still super embarrassed.

"Alright, off we are then." He said, pulling out of the parking lot and towards his house. I was quiet the rest of the way to his house, and so was he. We pulled into the parking lot of the apartments on the other side of town; the nice apartments. We stepped out of the car and walked side by side to the door. We got inside and out of the rain quickly, and entered a long hallway with doors of apartments going up and down each side. A man that looked about in his mid twenties passed us staring at my top. I blushed embarrassed, and Harry glared at the man, and put his hand on my shoulder closest to the man. The man's eyes widened and he looked away immediately. As soon as the man passed us, Harry took his hand off my shoulder and continued walking. We finally got to the door that was Harry's and he unlocked it, letting me walk inside first. His apartment was nicely decorated, most of the furniture modern looking or black.

"I'll get you something to change into." Harry said, disappearing down a short hall and turning into a room. I decided to look around his living room while I waited, and I found a bookshelf with CD's filling up each shelf besides one. One of the shelves only had a few CD's on it, so I squatted down and looked at each of the CD's. The order was Born To Die, Phobia, Let Go, and In Love And Death. Those were all the albums from the last week. Born To Die was when I tripped and fell, Phobia was 'The Diary Of Jane' when he found out my name, Let Go was when I stepped on the CD and it shattered, and In Love And Death was my ringtone. I picked up the Phobia CD and looked inside. Sure enough, inside the CD case, on top of the lyric booklet was the receipt where I had signed my name. I heard Harry coming back down the hall so I quickly stood up and walked away from the bookshelf.

"Here's a t-shirt and shorts you can throw on so you don't have to sit around in drenched clothes." He said, holding out the clothes to me.

"Thanks." I said, smiling and taking the clothes from his hand. He directed me to the bathroom and as soon as I closed the door I took a deep breath and thought about what I had just found.
