Omniscient
"Where are you taking me?" Sacha asked.
"Somewhere. Why, are you scared?" He replied.
"Of what?" She laughed, looking out of the window.
"Me. Do I intimidate you?" He questioned.
Silence surrounded them right before a cackle. Sacha exploded into a fit of laughter pissing Ahmed off. "You don't intimidate me nor scare me. The fact that you keep thinking I would all of a sudden be scared of you is crazy. Why do you want to be feared so much?" She questioned.
Instead of giving her an answer that he did not have he became silent. To have someone fear you came with it's positives but every positive had it's negative. The look in someone eyes when they've wronged him and was begging for a second chance put joy in his heart. It was the look in people eye's who've grown to love him despite his power that got to him. The disappointment they had once they figured out who he really was. Not to mention the look in women eyes once they find out who he was and how quick they ran when things got too hard. This life he chose was merely a cop out way to being a normal person. He wanted more than the nine to five job, bull crapped benefits, and living paycheck to paycheck. The first time he made his first drop had him high for more. The money wasn't much but it was more one made in a month working a forty hour shift weekly.
"Not sure." He responded, realizing that it had took him a whole ten minutes to respond to her question.
"Not sure what?, Where we are going?, or Why you want to badly be feared?" She asked. She was asking and talking too much for him to handle. He needed another drink to clear his head before he snapped on her. As Ahmed pulled on the street where he lived wondering if he was making the right decision. Driving up to the gate he waited as his car alarmed and the gate opened.
"I see you've moved." Sacha mumbled. She didn't expect for him to take her advice but he did.
"Shut up." Ahmed replied, irritated by her nonchalance and attitude.
She laughed, "You are very rude." She responded, looking at him as he parked his truck within the garage along with his others. Sacha waited for Ahmed to open his door before doing the same. He locked the doors before walking up some small steps and opening the garage door that connected to the house.
Sacha removed her heels and followed behind. Her feet were killing her making it hard to walk. She placed them down by the garage door so that she could grab them on her way out. Her intentions was not to stay long. She had no clue why she agreed to come along with Ahmed. The alcohol in her clouded her judgment.
She walked through the second door once Ahmed keyed in the security code. Once inside she watched as he closed the door and turned the alarm on beside it. For one to want to be feared it seemed as if he feared something also. Ahmed walked up the long flight of stairs with Sacha tailing behind. Before she could make it up he went into a room and came out with a bottle of Hennesy and Red Wine with two glasses.
"I'm not going to sleep with you." Sacha blurted.
"Who the fuck said I wanted to fuck you?" Ahmed questioned, anger growing by the minute from her assumptions. He had no clue why he invited her back to his place nor why he was holding the alcohol in his hand. Ahmed was unconsciously moving around as if he wasn't in his right mind. His clouded thoughts were starting to frustrate him.
Taken back by his response Sacha frowned, "Well excuse the hell out of me." She huffed. She didn't expect for him to reply in the manner that he did. Sacha watched as Ahmed stood still just staring at the bottles in his hand. She didn't know what to expect next. "So are we just going to stand here or-"
