There where two good friends. A boy named Len Shion and a girl named Rin Kami, promised each other that someday when they grow up, they will get married and live happily together.

Unfortunately, Len went to another country to be with his parents. What about their promise though? Will it still come true?...

[ Rin's POV ]

*sigh*

It's been so long since I met him. The guy who promised and stole my heart away, then left without a proper goodbye.

To this day, my chest would twist in pain and aches for his return but 9 years have passed and there's still no signs of him coming back.

Should I still wait for him? Or should I just... give up? These questions would pop up into my brain and make me stress about it.

I shook my head, trying to get my thoughts in control and ease my mind with how good the day is.

"Rin, breakfast is ready! Hurry up and come down" Luka, my mother yelled to catch my attention while she placed plates on the table and other things to be prepared with.

I was thankful for what she did since my mind is now set on doing something important. Not sit around and think about him first thing in the morning.

"Got it mom! But I'm still changing so I'll be right there for a few minutes" I said and quickly grabbed a hold of my clothes and put it on as fast as I can.

"You better be!" She exclaimed and giggled on her own words.

"I will be" I quietly replied though enough for her to hear. Hopefully.

Well, today isn't a day for me to slack off since I'm going to school, A.K.A prison.

To tell you the truth, I don't really hate it that much because I got some friends to talk with. It's just... tiring  sometimes.

After I was finished thinking about some stuff, my feet led the way where the food drifted its yummy smell while I brought my bag with me.

My mom waited just by the steps on the stairs, only to be scolded for taking my time and being so slow as a snail would be which I obviously ignored.

I ate my breakfast as I took quick glances from my parents who were too busy with being lovely dovey. This I didn't ignore and said out loud, "Geez, get a room you two~!" A blush made its way to their faces as they awkwardly tried to act normal.

I looked at the clock and its telling me to butt out and off to school but before I left, I told my parents that I'm going which it goes unnoticed since they were back to it again (if you know what I mean).

While I was running my way to school, a person was nearby. Just standing and I don't know what buisness he's doing but not until I tripped into a rock as I crashed into him. Talk about being clumsy.

"Kyaaaaaaaaaa!!!" My voice squeaked as I felt embarrassed of such a silly sound I made and completely disregard the fact that I'm laying on top of a boy.

"Ugh... it hurts..." now, I fully acknowledged his presence when he grunted in pain and tried to push me away as guilt throw a pang at my chest.
