Chapter 17

I'm a lazy author who is too busy to update and as well as a girl who doesn't wants to use too much energy (with my hands and surprisingly, my brain included).

[Len's/Lento's/3rd person's POV]

A blonde boy tiredly brushed his teeth as he looked himself at a mirror that showed his exhausted looking face.

His eyes were droopy and red that whenever he blinks, he thought of it as a bother.

He looked at his side to find a tired looking girl who also lazily brushed her teeth clean.

She turned around and their eyes meet one another but then was cut short by a yawn that came from Rin.

"Yesterday..." she began to say as her voice sounded hoarse but still let out a word.

She placed her toothbrush on where its supposed to be and spit out some toothpaste then she wiped her pretty lips.

Len did the same and landed his hand on his eyes as he started to rub the dirts off.

He looked at her again and found her mouth that were hesitating to open and she kept repeating the same actions so he had to put a stop to it.

"Don't even mention it..." Len, which is actually Lento, responded quickly before he could hear more of the yesterday's events as an uncomfortable shiver was sent through out his body.

'Lento, how long will this last?' Didn't I told you? 'Well, is there any way that I can easily recover?' None. We'll just... have to wait till tomorrow comes... 'okay...' what's gotten you so upset? 'I'd say the same to you...' Nah, its... just... 'yeah...'

"Len" his name was called so he let his conversation with Len end for he need to listen to what the girl wants to tell him.

"Yes?"

"School..."

"I know..."

With just a few words they were able to make a short conversation as they went back to their own rooms to prepare.

When they were done changing and bringing their bags with them, they made their way down the stairs to meet their own parents at the dinning table.

"Oh, my! My dear Rin, what has gotten into you?" The motherly Luka went towards her daughter and caressed her smooth face with her gentle hands.

Her daughter glanced at her mom but then she lowered her head and expressed a tiny bit of smile plastered on her lips.

"Just tired..." is what Rin said and ate her breakfast with a lifeless look on her face which surprised the others.

Meiko faced her one and only son as she pop up her elbows at the table while her hands were placed below her chin and rested her head on it.

"And what about you, son? You seem pretty down. You're fine, right?" she raised one of her chocolate like colored eyebrows and her eyes showed full of concern for her little guy who is not little anymore.

He seemed to be startled but then composed himself as his head only motioned a slight nod with a small smile just like what Rin did earlier.

His feet were like dragging himself to sit on the empty chair and then there was that look again. Those lifeless and dull expression made everyone even more surprised except the two blondes.
