Life is bottomless pit
We always fall
un able to look down
just always looking up
at the light which brings as back to reailty
Injured heart I have
Those people
Used
Abused
and confused little me
I will prevail
Until my work is done
I walk confidently in the grocery earlier this evening
My music made me feel at peace
I felt almost badass
Walking around in my boots
Even though I may not be pretty
I am a little overweight
But I am finding my courage to endure me through this war
They didn't abuse me
They can't rule over me
and they never did
I make my own decsions
With my own discussion
Without your influence
Hear my finally words and let them ring in your ears for all your life
"I will never age, who I am. I swear it."
Day 17 of 'Remembering Mitch' please leave hearts on my poems thanks!
Don't ever change who you are
theres a chance waiting out there for you
take it. And shove it in their faces.
