"Well Pikachu...What do you want to do to pass the time. Our battle isn't till tomorrow at noon." Ash explained to the electric mouse Pokemon on this shoulder.
"Pikachu Pika chu!" Pikachu cooed.
"Train? I guess we could to that." Ash said.
"CHU!" Pikachu cheered.
Ash looked around the Pokemon Center, surely there must be someone who he could battle for fun, but he didn't expect to see some old faces.
"I'M GOING TO WIN THIS FOR SURE!" Max screamed to the world.
"Max be quiet!" May shouted and covered up Max's mouth to muffle his screams.
Max pulled May's hand off his mouth, "fine..." he muttered.
"Thank you!" May praised.
"Who are we waiting for anyways." Max sighed obviously board.
"Well everyone! Dawn, Brock, Misty, Serena, Clemont, Bonnie-" May started to list but then got cut off.
"OK OK I GET IT! I'm just soooo board." Max said lazily.
Ash saw this as the perfect opportunity, to battle Max like he promised all those years ago.
"If your board why don't we have a battle?" Ash asked.
Max jumped up with the widest grin on his face, "OF COURSE! I never turn away from a battle!" Max yelled.
"Send out your first Pokemon!" Ash smirked.
"Your on! GALLADE GO!" Max called out releasing his Pokemon.
"SHOW THEM WHAT YOU GOT CHARIZARD!" Ash shouted as he released his Pokemon.
"Gallade use-" Max was cut off.
"Charizard use Flamethrower!" Ash commanded his Pokemon.
The Flamethrower hit Gallade and Gallade fainted on contact. Max looked shock May was as well. No one had every taken town her brothers Gallade in one hit. Who was this guy?
