Max was shocked to see his partner Pokemon being one shot. But that shock soon turned to worry as he didn't know what damage that would have done to his Gallade.
"GALLADE!!!!" He shouted as he ran onto the field to his beloved Pokemon.
"Gall Gallade ade" Gallade said as he slowly got up with the help of his master and dear friend.
"Thanks for your hard Gallade looks like this opponent is going to be harder than I thought. Take a good rest Gallade" Max returns Gallade to his Pokeball.
"I see that you and Gallade are great friends and share a great bond" Ash spoke.
"Gallade was my first Pokemon. Back when I was traveling some friends I healed Raltz up and promised once I became a trainer I would come back for it. So Raltz became my starter." Max explained.
"What a heart warming story. You ready to continue that battle Max." Ash said.
"Of course my Pokemon will want revenge for Gallade!" Max said enthusiastically. "GO MIGHTYENA!!! Just so you know I also share a close bond with this Pokemon too." Max sais smirking.
"Charizard use flamethrower again!" Ash ordered.
Charizard CHAR!!!!!" Charizard shot a blast of hot flames at Mightyena.
"Not going to happen this time! Mightyena use dig to dodge the flamethrower!
"MIGHT YENA TYENA!!!!!" Mightyena burrows underground just avoiding Charizard's flamethrower.
"Max's got this guy now." May says. "GO MAX GO YOU CAN BEAT THIS GUY!" May cheers
"Charizard use flamethrower again but this time in the hole Mightyena dug!" Ash ordered.
"WHAT! MIGHTYENA GET OUT OF THERE!" Max shouted.
"CHAR CHARIZAED!!!!" Charizard shot flames down Mightyena's hole.
The ground broke reveling Mightyena with swirls in his eyes signaling that Mightyena had fainted.
