Chapter 11

For the rest of the time that Liam had left with you before his parents come to get him from your house, he cuddled you into his chest while you cried.

"I don't want you to leave....."

"Don't cry, babe. I don't want to leave you, either. It'll only be for a week, before you know it I'll be back." He tries to comfort you.

"It'll seem like forever, Liam. You know I'm the clingiest person in the world."

"I like that you're clingy to me. I think it's cute." Liam laughed, rubbing your back. As he tried to comfort, a car horn honked on the outside. "My parents are here." He told you.

"Liam!!" You wailed. "Can you tell them five more minute?"

"I can't love." He chuckled, getting out of the bed.

You weren't gonna let him go that easily. Being the clingy that you are, you quickly dropped to the floor, clinging to his ankle, "Please, Liam!"

"I have to leave, babe." He said, helping you up off the floor. He couldn't help but laugh at how you didn't want to give him up. "I'll call to check on you everyday until I get back, okay?"

"Okay?"

"I love you." Liam said softly then kissed you.

"I love you too, Liam......"

You walked Liam to the front door and gave him one more kiss and a hug before he left for the week. Liam wanted to cry with you but he'd rather be tough and keep all his emotions inside.

"(Y/N)?" Liam gently held your teary face in his hands. "I know this is gonna be a painful week for you but can you promise me that you'll stay strong for me?"

You want to tell no but you didn't want to disappoint him, "I can....."

"Do you promise?"

"Promise....."

"Come here." Liam said, hugging you tight as you cried in his shoulder. Now that the day is here, he doesn't even want to leave. He doesn't like being separated from you either.

Waking up the next morning without Liam was probably the hardest thing ever. Being so used to waking up in his arms feels so empty. You didn't expect this day to come so unexpectedly. Although, you weren't too excited about Liam going away for a week, you'll always loved and support whatever he does.

The entire day all you've been thinking about was Liam. You promised him that you wouldn't be an emotional mess when he's gone and to stay strong. It's easier said than done.

You get a text message from someone in the comic book club, "Found the address to Liam's hotel :) go get em tiger. (49826 Wolverhampton St. Moonlight hotel.)

"You're the best!! Thx :)" You shot a text back to him.

Of course everyone knows that you and Liam are boyfriends. And your friend knows that you're clingy so he decided to help out and sent you Liam's location. What would you do without him?

Now that you have everything that you needed, you were sad anymore and now it's time to pay Liam a visit.

All the football players had their owns rooms and something else in common. They all have someone back at home that they miss. Their boyfriends or girlfriends. Out of all of the relationships that they all have, yours and Liam's is the most different out of all.

Most of the athletes dating other athletes or any of the popular kids. Or maybe even kids from the drama club. When it comes to your relationship with Liam, you and Liam are complete opposites. He likes that you're different than what he's used to, which made him fall in love with you so hard. It hurts just as much as it hurts you to be away from him.

He called you a few times before he would go to bed. Unfortunately, you didn't answer. Liam figured that you were mad at him for leaving. He's starting to feel bad that you're by yourself.

"I'm sorry, (Y/N)...." Liam held the pillow into his chest, pretending that he's cuddling you. At this point, he's doing whatever he can to not yearn for you so much. He started to doze off to the thought of you, letting sleep take over him.

The next morning he woke up to what felt like an actual body close to his. His eyes fluttered open and he looked down and saw what he's been missing so much.

He held onto you tighter, kissing your forehead as you slept, "I can't be without you either."
