Why does he have to be so himself. His perfectly soft black hair and hazel brown eyes. Kam. My crush. I looked at his fingers.
"You got chubby fingers". He giggled. His laugh is sweet sweet music to my ears.
'Alright Madi. You doing the most' I thought to myself. An uproar of cheer broke me out of my daze. Jackson, my friend Zara's little brother turned around with two teas in his hands as he came back from the soda machine.
"And the legacy continues with Jackson Macaulay." hollered my friend Nick from behind me right in my ear.
"Shut up... you doin the most."
"Just making an announcement." Nick said as Kam pulled his chicken nuggets out of the microwave. His blue shirt with a white stripe along the top perfectly matched his blue and white high top Converse shoes.
He had blue jeans that were the perfect size for him.
"DJ and Dredon time to go." Ms.Jaque called causing Kaitlyn to holler "Bye DJ"
Nick looked at her exasperated.
"Shut up Nick." I said.
"I said nothing" he responded, as he got up to replace Dredon who had just left.

Kam and I sat lonely. We were the only two people left if you don't count Ms.Jaque.

He looked so cute sitting there playing pool on his phone. I must have been staring because he looked up at me and said "What"
"Oh sorry" I said as my face heated up really hot and if it was possible blushed.
Ms.Jaque giggled and quoted Albus Dumbeldore.
"Oh to be young and--"
I glared daggers at her knowing the rest of the quote.
'feel loves cruel sting' or at least that's how it went in my head.

Kam tittered obviously knowing the rest of the quote too. This is why I don't like Ms.Jaque. Then I realized that Kam tittered. A nervous laugh. I turned to him.

"Do you like me" I asked
"Umm" he said. "Yes"
I gasped. "I like you too"
I heard a deep laugh. My dad was at the door.
"I'm telling your mom" he said as I gave Kam my phone number.
