High School: Love Over Sisters

Chapter 5

(IU POV)

Throughout the whole day classmates kept asking if me and Ji Soo are dating. Of course I told them 'no'. This is going out of hand, Ji Soo and I are becoming the topic in school. Getting home was the hard part. Annoying classmate kept following me, asking me all the same question, its as if they want me to say we are dating now. I ran from the bus stop to my house. I walked to my room to see that my younger brother was standing there with his hand cross and he had this disappointing face.

"Wh...what are you doing here?", I asked.

"Who is this Ji Soo. I heard from my friends that your dating him. Is that true or not?", he lectured me.

"Hahaha...me dating. You know me better than that", I laugh.

"That's why I'm asking you if its true or not."

I stop laughing and knew that he was being serious about this as he dropped his hand to his side and stare at me.

"No, we are not dating. I was late to the bus stop and he gave me a ride that's all", I answered quietly.

My younger brother lean closer toward me, "Okay, that better be it, cause if I hear that its something else, I'm telling dad."

Just hearing him mention Dad scares me to death. I nod my head 'yes' and laughed it out. My brother and dad are no different, they are very protective to the people they love and care for. I guess my brother loves me too...

Its night time and I'm finally finished with all my homework. Now I can sleep and relax. As I was stretching my arms, I heard a knock on my window. It scared the sh*t out of me. I turned and saw that it was Ji Soo. He wave hi to me and point to the window. "What the heck is he doing here?", I though to myself. He knocked again and I can tell he was saying "hurry".

I lifted the window, so there's a creek, and he lifted it all the way up. "WHAT ARE YOU DO...ING", I scream. He covered my mouth with his hand, "Shh...you want to wake everyone up?" I looked behind me toward the door, and nod no. I slowly lifted his hand off from my mouth and whisper, "What are you doing here? And how did you get up here?" My brother and I sleep on the second floor.

As he jumped into my room, he tumble and because I was in font of him he and I both fell to the floor. Once again we are face to face, are nose touching, I push him off, but he insist and pushed me back. He stared at me smiling and finally says, " I'm here cause I miss you"

What's wrong with me, just the word 'I miss you', my heart started to beat really fast and I my cheeks becoming rosy. "Did you miss me ?", he asked me. We were still on the floor looking at each other. "N..no", I mumble. He smiled as he got up and help  me. We both sat on the wooden floor. "Really? Tell me the truth why are you here?", I ask.

"I told you already...I miss...",he smile.

I stop him from talking, by covering his mouth with my hand, "I hear my brother, stay quiet." I cam hear my brother door open and his footstep coming toward my room. "Hey sis who are you taking to", he asked.

"Nothing, I'm...uh...uh...watching an episode from last week t.v drama that I miss last week", I lied.

"Go to bed its late. You always said sleeping is better than anything else in this world", my brother mumble.

"Okay, go back to sleep, the episode is ending anyways", I answer back. After the conversation ended, I turn back to Ji Soo. My hand were still on his face, I slowly move my hand down toward my knee. "Sorry about that, but please go home its late".

"Okay, I'll go if you make me a promise", he said.

"What is it,, and make it quick", I answer.

"I want to take you to school tomorrow and the day after that, and the day after that."

Why would he be willing to take me to school, I never ask, nor do I want him to take me. "What, you can't do that".

He looked at me all confuse, " Why not?"

"Cause we barely know each other, and...and..."

"And what?, we'll get to know each other, just watch. Tomorrow, okay".

Before I could say another word, he just out of my room, outside though the window.
It was so scary to watch, I lean toward my window to see if he was safe, and of course he landed on the grass area, "Bye, and see you tomorrow", he said as he wave.

I wave back, with a smile on my face. I watched him run from one block to another until he vanish. That night I couldn't sleep, all I could think of was his word "I miss you...make me a promise..."

(Ji Soo POV)

Last night, was amazing, I got IU to talk with me at least until her brother interrupt us, but other than that she finally talked to me. The more I think about her, the more I am falling in love with her., but there something that she's hiding from me. Plus I feel like i met her before, but I just don't know where.

I got my bike ready, and I even try to look my best today. As I open the door, Yu-bi was standing there. "Hey Yu-bi, what are you doing here. Shouldn't you be at school at this time?"

"I want to give you a ride, is that okay?"

"I'm sorry, I can't. Its alright you don't need to give me a ride."

"Come on, just this once". She grabbed my hand and drag me into her car. We went pass IU's house, and I saw her standing there, waiting for me. She and I made eye contact at each other, her expression of me not keeping my promise, I can tell that she was sad and disappointed at the same time.

We got to school, as I walked out of the car with Yu-bi, classmates, friends, and others were all staring at us. Yu-bi grabbed my arm and hold it as if we were a couple. IU was there staring at us, I didn't want her to get the wrong idea.  I try to make Yu-bi let go , but my friends interrupt me, "Hey dude, when did you two started to date." Before I could say anything Yu-bi answer them,    " We just decided to just this morning."

This is great just great, everyone around us was smiling and congrats us. The whole time, my eyes were staring at IU. "Please don't get the wrong idea IU", I begged in my head.  At this point I just want to run toward her and say I'm sorry for hurting her. "We...we are not dating. There's someone else that I like", I yelled out. Everyone stop and stare, Yu-bi slowly let go of my arm. She looked at me with shocking eyes and laugh, " Hahaha...of course were not dating. This was just a prank."
