i hate looking in the mirror because all i see is fat i see that I'm super fat so i just skip a few meals but then i hate stepping on that scale and seeing those numbers all i see is how much i weigh how much i need to lose how many meals i have to skip how many days I'm just going to be drinking water and nothing else i hate that i could go without food for weeks be 90 pounds and still think i need to lose weight cant you see that fat
