The birds outside the window chirped melodiously as she turned over, trying to ignore the fact that her alarm would soon go off. In the next second, a blaringly loud rooster crowed, signalling to her that it was time to get up and get ready for school. Sighing, she rose from her bed and gazed out the window at the scenery that was all too new to her.
Turning around despairingly, she slowly walked to her adjoining bathroom. She brushed her teeth, stripped out of her pajamas and got into the shower. Turning on the water, she stood under the cool stream for a minute before washing her hair with her favourite BubbleBerry Grape shampoo, then lathered her skin with Dove Cucumber & Green Tea Scent soap. Inhaling the wonderful scents, she washed out her hair and washed off her skin then stepped out of the shower.
After she dried off her skin, she wrapped the fluffy dark purple towel around her and sat towel drying her long, purple-reddish hair. Satisfied that her hair was no longer dripping, she let it air dry while she selected her outfit for the day. She decided on a deep purple crop top with a black camisole underneath, a black curve fitting jeans and deep purple ankle boots. She quickly put on her outfit after creaming her skin with Dove Cucumber & Green Tea Scent cream. After, she swiped her underarms with the same kind of deodorant as the cream she used, then sprayed herself with Axe Dark Temptations.
Her hair, now dry, hung in long lucious curls down her back and she fluffed it a bit before applying a bit of eyeliner and mascara to her eyes. Looking at herself in her full length mirror, she smiled at herself, satisfied with the outfit, before going downstairs to breakfast.
She downed her bowl of cereal and poured her coffee into her travel mug and rushed through the door, grabbing her keys and bag and shouting 'goodbye' to her mother. She rushed to her car, a sleek dark purple Mustang, suddenly excited about the prospect of a new school.
The drive to school was, in her opinion, way too long and she vowed to find a shortcut over the weekend.
She finally arrived at the majestic school and pulled into a parking space. She cut the engine and grabbed everything she'd need from the backseat. Getting out of the car, she armed it and dropped the keys in her bag, gazing at the beauty and majesty of the school.
Lost in thought, she didn't notice him until it was too late and she butt into him so hard she found herself falling. That is, until two strong, perfectly tanned arms grabbed her forearms and pulled her up. She looked up curiously to see who her 'saviour' was and got lost in the swimming hazel that was his eyes. Sheepishly she said, "Um.. hi thanks Mr...um-"
"Steele, Navec Steele. And it was my fault you almost fell, I wasn't looking where I was going. Sorry. " he grinned down at her, embarrassedly, showing off a mouth full of pearly white teeth.
"Is there anything I can help you with? Besides falling of course."
"Well for one you could help me pick up my things. Then maybe you could show me to the Adminstrator's Office."
"Ohh you're new here. Hi, I'm-"
"Navec Steele, I know, you told me. " she laughed.
"Oh right. Heh, well um lets go to the office. Here are your things Ms... I'm sorry I never got your name. "
"Genzebe."
"Beautiful like it's owner. Can I call you Zeb?"
"Of course, now lets go."
Well he's nice. I think I just might like it here. Smiling, she followed Navec through the school hall and to the Office.
