"Well? What did you anticipate was going to happen!" Tai yelled, sinking back into her chair in annoyance. Neira had once again almost committed a Breach, and this one was the closest of them all.
"I knew you were curious, but I didn't know you where stupid!" Tai spat, obviously ready to blow off some steam.
"I already said I was sorry!" Neira responded, "I'm just a waitress! I didn't expect him to order such a strange item."
"Ovarito!" Tai screamed, "You didn't expect him to order our signature drink?"
"He was flirting with me!" Neira exclaimed loudly, making them both go silent. Neira was flushed with anger and embarrassment as she remembered the moment. She had walked up to the man almost an hour ago. He was wearing red dayclothes; which already meant that he was going to rude.
Ok, I have to be careful, Neira thought, factory workers are always terrible. Neira slowly walked up and took out her hovergram to take his order.
"What would you like today, sir?" Neira had asked, pushing a lock of her hair out of the way.
"You know what I would love?" he had said in a strange tone, "Both of your Ovaritos would make my time much more enjoyable in bed." Neira went completely silent, blushing awkwardly and trying to not look angry. She prayed silently that he wouldn't continue, knowing that it would unleash her anger.
"You know," he said, looking at her devilishly, "I would also like to take an order of your Sweet Cheeks." Neira sighed in relief, thinking that he was talking about the menu item, but she realized how utterly wrong she was when he began to go in for the kill. Her immediate response was what almost got her the Breach, a slap to the face, bringing blood from his cheek.
"Neira," Tai said, trying to cool herself down, "you need to control what you do, you nee-"
"But he was harassing me!" Neira interrupted, trying to convince Tai.
"He may have been," Tai retorted, "but nobody else saw it. You need to think about things before you do them." Neira looked at Tai, and realized that she was right.
"Your turning 18 in a few days, right?" Tai asked.
"Yes," Neira solemnly mumbled.
"Well than try to make sure you don't mess up before than," Tai responded, smiling, "the last thing we need is for the Government to get involved right before your records reset." Neira sighed and began to put her waitress uniform back on, her green dayclothes showing she was a some form of a servant. Neira turned around the corner and grabbed her hovergram, making sure to open the new messages page. Right as Neira was about to walk out of the kitchen doors, Tai caught her arm. Neira turned to face her, and her hovergram made a small beep signaling a new message.
"You can go home if you like," Tai chuckled, "I think you have deserve a little break."

Neira looked at the streets of Yokohashi as she left the restaurant, recognizing almost every familiar scent and sound. When she became 15, this was the city the Government had assigned her to. There was nothing cruel about getting your own house at such a young age, it was just terrible if you got assigned to a city different from where you originate. The Government thought it would be the easiest way to become an adult, and when you are assigned to your city, you are never allowed to leave. Doing so would give you a Breach, or worse, death. Neira guided her body in a swift manner down the streets, making sure to avoid anyone wearing red. The last person she would want to see today was another factory worker. All the buildings in Yokohashi looked different. Some were tall and skinny while others were short and stubby. Buildings where all different shades of dark and pastel colors and had electric signs trying to welcome you in. With all the buildings looking the exact same, it was hard for Neira to navigate her way home. It took her almost 20 minutes, for even though Yokohashi was one of the smaller suburbs, it was still a large city. Neira was assigned a condominium in the Kÿdney District, a northern part of the town located outside of the main area.

"Welcome, Neira Faets!" The robotic voice said as soon as she opened the door.
"Hello!" Neira replied, not understanding why she did. Neira walked up to the elevator and pushed the button for the fourth floor. Each residential building had 20 residents, and coincidentally for Neira, the three neighbors on her floor were quite polite. The doors opened wide, showing a short hallway with little magenta plants lining the walls. Neira slowly dragged herself past the first two doors, too tired to walk at a normal pace. She turned towards the second door on the right and put her finger on to the ScanKey. A small red laser engulfed her finger and the ScanKey began to process. A little metallic ding of approval came from the machine.
"Accepted." The ScanKey said, and the door opened wide. Neira walked into her home, a small clink sounded from behind her as the door shut itself. Neira walked over to her bed and fell backwards.
"I am so tired!" Neira said to no one in particular. She pushed herself up and pulled out her hovergram, noticing that there was still a new message from earlier. She tapped it lightly and a letter of recognition appeared on the screen.
