"Ugh, look at all the girls swooning over him." Dante pauses, "That should be me with the hot babes!" He finishes. Dante and Laurance stand in the main two doors that lead to the cafeteria. None of the girls catch Laurance's eye, it's the supposed dreamboat in the middle of it all. Garroth Ro'Meave. Of course, Laurance didn't know what the junior's name was, or how he even got to the school he was at, all Laurance knew was that he had competition in the hotness department. Dante was ok, but he wasn't swooned over like Laurance constantly was.

"Oh my Irene, you're so hot!"

"Be my boyfriend!"

"You're too hot to be a junior."

"Wow."

"Hello, hot stuff."

"Date me please!"

"Oh my Irene, BFF catch me!"

"Oh my Irene!"

"You're such a hottie."

"Gay-Roth! I want to get to know you!"

"Gay-Roth! Catch me, I'm slipping!"

"Oops, sorry, Gay-Roth, I didn't mean to bump into you."

Those are just a few things the girls said.

"My name is pronounced 'Garroth'!" Garroth yells.

The whole crowd goes silent. Garroth's strong British accent and captivating voice really pulled Laurance in. Dante waves his hand in front of Laurance's face, "Laurance?" Dante questions. "Laurance!" Dante repeats loudly. Laurance shakes his head and looks at his blue haired friend, "Yes?" He asks. "You totally zoned out! Are you ok?" Dante exclaims. Laurance nods, "I'm fine." He assures. Dante gives Laurance a suspicious look, then Laurance looks away, back to the blonde beauty that's known as Garroth (or Gay-Roth if you're feeling sassy).

Laurance laughs, "Shut up, Dante." Laurance playfully pushes his best friend, a small chuckle laced with his words. "What? I can't help it!" Dante exclaims. Dante nods his head, the sunglasses that were perched atop his head sliding down over his eyes, "The ladies see this bright future. They gonna need sunglasses." Dante jokes. Laurance rolls his eyes, "You don't even English right!" Laurance exclaims. "I know, I know." Dante pauses, creating a moment of silence, "It takes real skill to have an A+ in English class when you can barely speak the language." The blue haired boy finishes. Laurance chuckles, "True that." Laurance adds. Dante is now the one to giggle, "It's just weird when you giggle." Laurance states. "What? I'm half girl! That's why the ladies are attractive." Dante jokes. "Gurrrlllll! You don't even knowwww!" Laurance exclaims in a valley girl voice. "Starbucksss!" Dante uses the same valley girl accent as Laurance does. "YAAAAASSS!" Laurance shouts. Laurance and Dante high-five, then burst out in laughter. Dante clutches onto his gut, "Catch me, I'm about to fall!" Dante's voice is weak due to the amount of laughter flowing from his mouth. Laurance rolls his eyes, a final laugh coming from his mouth. Dante soon calms down and stands up straight. "Wait..." Laurance stops and throws a hand over Dante's stomach, causing him to stop too. The noise of an engine starts to rumble, "The bus!" Laurance exclaims. Laurance and Dante look at each other, "Run!" They yell in sync. Laurance and Dante bolt down the street, screaming at the bus. Laurance starts to speak first, Dante following.

"Stop the bus!"

"Slow down!"

"Wait for us!"

"Wait!"

"No, don't leave!"

"You're my ride home!"

Dante and Laurance wail out. They don't notice anybody or anything in front of them. Laurance's body crashes with another, and both people feel themselves fall to the ground. Dante keeps running, not noticing his friend's absence. Laurance looks down, not feeling himself hit the ground. The blonde that everyone swoons over holds Laurance by the waist to keep him elevated. "I-I'm so sorry..!" Laurance apologizes. Garroth chuckles, "It's fine." His voice seems to soothe Laurance in a way. A small blush is painted onto Laurance's tan cheeks. Laurance awkwardly gets up, then lends a hand to Garroth, helping him up. Garroth dusts off his jeans as Laurance straightens out his wrinkled sleeves. "I-I'm Laurance." The stuttering brunette introduces. 'You never stutter! Stupid Laurance, you!' Laurance mentally scolds himself. Garroth holds out his hand, ready for a handshake, "Garroth." The blonde says as him and Laurance clasp hands. Garroth gives Laurance a smile that any girl would melt at. Laurance almost becomes one of those fangirls that swoon over Garroth. Laurance returns the gesture. "Laurance, c'mon! The bus finally stopped!" Dante yells from a far distance. "I think that's your friend." Garroth says as he pulls his hand back. "You thought right." Laurance states. Garroth steps out of the way, letting Laurance bolt over to his friend. "That guy's nice." Garroth mumbles to himself, a smile on his face.
