First day at work

~JESSICA'S POV~

"Morning baby." I yawned as I stumbled into the bathroom getting ready to brush my teeth.

I still haven't told Santo who my boss actually is, but what he doesn't know won't kill him, for now... hopefully.

"Baby what time does your new job start today?" He asked with excitement in his voice.

"About 10:00." I sighed.

"Well you know it's 9:00 so you should start getting ready. Cause you know it takes you forever to get ready." He chuckled.

"No I doesn't." I turned on the water for the shower putting it at the perfect temperature.

"Don't you have work?" I asked shouting from the bathroom.

"No not today." I could hear him stretch and sigh as he began to get comfortable in our bed.

I had my shower and stuff and then I put on my black dress that hugged my figure, it's one of many dresses that Santo loves.

"You can look all you want." I giggled, I put on my little blazer.

"I don't wanna look, I wanna take it off." He bit his lip and pulled my towards him by my waist, pulling me in for a kiss.

"Baby, I'm going to be late." I whined.

"Fine, fine go on." He sighed, he let go of my waist and grabbed my hand and pulled me in and kisses me on the cheek.

"Bye baby." With that I strolled out and got into my Nisan Qashqai.

I pulled up at the sky scraping glass building. I got out of my car and sighed away the cold and my tiredness.

There was only two cars in the whole parking lot, one that looked like it costs the world probably Jacob's and another that was a cute pink mini which I'm guessing was Bella's.

I walked in and this big building just echoed my footsteps.

~JACOB'S POV~

I was doing paper work about costs and financial shit, which is as long as anything but someone has to do it.

I saw Jessica stumble into the hallway outside my office through my one way doors.

She walked into my office shaking from the cold.

"What are you doing here this early? What are doing here full stop?" I asked her.

"I thought... don't I have work today?" She asked trying to get herself warm.

"Yes, but I sent everyone a text clearly saying that there was no work today because the heaters have stopped working, and I sent you one also stating that the editors all have food poisoning." I sighed, got up and went over to her giving her my jacket.

"Thank you, I didn't get the text." She said shakily, her phone pinged. "Now I did." She giggled.

"Do you eat breakfast?" I asked.

"No, I didn't have time."

"Well you do now. Come on let's go." I said happily. She nodded and walked out the office and went in the lift.

"Are you coming?" she asked, she walked into the lift.

"Yeah, but I'll catch up with you, I need to talk to Bella and tell her I'm going." I said, giving an excuse for her to leave so I could talk to Bella.

"Okay, Jacob... I mean." She corrected.

I was debating whether or not to correct her and tell her call me Jacob or its Mr. Perez. I smiled and she shut the doors of the lift, I walked over to the desk where my secretary sat with a devilish smirk on her face.
