As i asked Akash weather he could be my boyfriend. He was confused. Very confused. And replied,"But i thought you were already my friend who's a girl. You know, girl friend. "
I face palmed and said " I mean like a literal girlfriend. Like hang out with each other and stuff."
"Alisha, as much as i would like to,i cant.i dont feel like having one now. I mean i would like to but you know, i just finished one relationship. "I think he said that with teary eyes.
"Oh. Okay i understand. Maybe in a few months time?" I questioned with a tad bit of hope in my eyes as my stubbornness appeared...
"Yeah okay. But right now you be my 'friend' just be friends."
Even the word friend make me happy. Wow, think of it. Being friends with the coolest guy in school. Just wow.
'When she thinks everythings gonna be okay, something else happens.'

"AAALLLIIEEE!!!" I hear Natalie's cries through the phone. Gees, that girl can really cry and scream to make people deaf. I stubbornly let myself be deaf as i just hang the phone at my ear.
Nat just got a C for science. Science was her weakness. Thats when i offered her some help. I said as my Singlish(Singaporean english)came in," Girl, relax a bit can or not?! Im being deaf by the minute!"
"Oh im sorry." I can feel her smiling sheepishly through the phone.
"Thank you, so,as i was saying, i asked Akash but he said it will be after a few months! Eekk!"i shrieked.
"Oh yeah,great for you... I FREAKING GOT A C GDODAMN YOU ALIE!!"
"Okay fine ill help and teach you for the next paper." I gave in.
"Thank you!"she sighed.
