What Will Happen With My Life?

Chapter 6

The best thing about my parents house is its backed on to the woods also. When James and I get to my parents house we see a black van in the driveway we get out and walk up the walkway the front door was open we walk in and people we had no idea were, were going through my stuff. James walks up to one of the guys and says "who do you think you are going through this stuff this us private property I want to see a permit or permission you have" the guy looks at him very confused and says " we are looking for audrey McMillan and James hennings" James looks at me with a worried look on his face there are about five of these guys in the house. James hands are clenching into fists and he says very angry " you have no right being here leave now!" The guy wearing a black suit moves closer to James and whispers " if you want to live tell me where I can find Audrey McMillan and James hennings" James is standing there his hands rolled into fists hes gripping so hard his nuckles are pale white. James kicked the guy in the suit in the gut and he screams in pain and trys to punch James in the face but he misses and James punches him in the face blood spilling everywhere because he knocked out one if his tooths. The other five guys come running in and now there is five guys against two people this should be perfect the guys look about to be in there 40s so it shouldn't be hard my shoulder still isn't healed so I'm hoping they won't hit me there. A guy comes at me and trys to kick me but I grab his leg and he goes sprawling to the floor he gets back up and punches me in the nose I can taste the blooding dripping from my nose  James is up against three of these guys. It's hard enough fighting one guy another one comes at me my back facing him he's sees my bandaged shoulder and punches me there I scream in pain I elbow him in the face james  finished  off the last guy and comes to help me the guy who punched me in the shoulder James lunges at him and has him pinned to the ground punching him until he is knocked unconscious. I finish the guy off by kicking him in the face james comes over to me and asks if I'm ok I say yes but he has some bloody nuckles and a bruised up face. We leave the house as fast as we can before somebody gets here. The Jeep wasn't working so we walked through the woods to the nearest road. We have nowhere to stay or sleep we are on the run from these scientists that want to drain our powers from us. As we walk it's silent the cool air swimming around me finally james breaks the silence " what happened back there audrey?" " I don't know I have no idea who those guys were." We eventually made it to a road we had no place to go  so we just walked on the side of the road till night came.
