I was just receiving a text from my friend Amanda. It said
"I'm soooo excited to meet Haz today after the concert! How bout u?" Oh shit! I forgot that I was going to see One Direction in concert, and also meet them in a limo. As of now I was lounging by my grandparents' pool, relaxing and getting my tan on.
But in a matter of seconds I took my phone and my bag and ran across their 10 acre lawn, and into their house. "I forgot I had a concert in a bit!" I explained to them despite the suprised looks on their faces. I was staying at my grandparents' for the summer, even though I live 10 minutes away. I had the best boyfriend ever, and his name was Sean. He accepted me for me, and didn't expect me to be "popular". I was supposed to meet him after the concert for pizza.
I jumped in the shower so quick, that my shower timer didn't even hit 5 minutes by the time I was done. I still had 30 minutes I changed into my British flag shirt and earrings. I wanted to turn one earring into an Irish flag because Niall should get some glory, too. I cut a random Irish flag sticker I found and tried to cut it into the same shape as the earring. In 10 minutes I dried and straightened my hair, and put on a light coat of makeup, and no eyeliner. I was running all over the place, getting things for the poster me, Amanda, and my other friend Jenna were going to make, and I brought it all down to the basement.
I wasn't a crazy fan-girl. I loved One Direction, but not the way most people do.
I heard car doors slam and we all just ran down to the basement,without saying "hi" or anything. We had 5 minutes to make this poster look beautiful. We threw glitter, wrote our instagrams, names, and wrote out happy thoughts. We managed to do this in 3 minutes and I said goodbye to my grandparents and left in Jenna's mom's car to Jones Beach.
Little did I know that in a few hours I was going to be more than a fan to someone.
